I found lilysilk in 2013 after searching locally for silk pillowcases, which were very expensive compared to lilysilk. I decided to try them and was pleasantly surprised. The pillowcases lasted about 2 years, 19 and 22 momme, and I was not gentle with them outside of using gentle detergent and wash cycle as I really didn’t expect them to last very long. I didn’t put them in the dryer either. I have just ordered more of them and hope the quality hasn’t deteriorated. Granted, they do not compare to the expensive silk pillowcases but they still provide all of the benefits and comfort as I have owned both lilysilk and super expensive ones. I can’t comment on the bedding or pajamas but common sense tells me you get what you pay for. If you are expecting the same silk pillowcase that you would pay 150.-400. for then you will be disappointed. But, lilysilk makes silk attainable for everyone with their low price. Just as less expensive computers, diamonds, clothes etc. The pillowcases are great given their low cost. Fast international shipping and no chemical odor that’s usually associated with products from China. Highly recommend unless you are a silk snob.

Bought a bedspread set for £358.97 from Lily Silk on 1 Dec 2016

It was used in rotation with 2 other bedspread sets.

The fitted sheet started piling/bobbling after 4-5 months. It became uncomfortable to sleep on after 6 months.

Surely decent quality sheets used in rotation with others should bobble that badly after just 7months?

The quilt cover has also started bobbling.

I emailed Lily Silk in June 2017 to let them know about the problem and request refund or replacement for just the fitted sheet.

They refused to refund or replace.

Instead they offered a paltry compensation payment of £35 or discount on purchasing a new set.

Regret spending my money with them and would recommend others think twice before purchasing from them.

First off, these pillow cases are silk on one side, and not the other. Then after using for one and one half months, the zipper came apart on one of them. I called the company and they refused to replace. Offered a $10.00 discount which I never saw. Total waste of money.

Web site seems to promise a refund if the product is not acceptable, but this seems to only apply to some products, and not to others. I ordered some pyjamas for my wife, she absolutely hated them. I see on the review I have to say something good about the company, well they took my money and shipped the goods very quickly, just what was shipped was so old fashioned that quite frankly will be lucky if the charity shop will accept them, and given that I cant get a refund this is were they are going.

This review is about the experience ordering from the store. I have not received the goods. I ordered from them and the funds were taken from my credit card almost immediately. But 1 week later, no goods had arrived. Then the customer representative asked me to take a photograph of my credit card and send it to them for verification. I found this unfathomable! Cancelled the order and will never order again from a company that quickly takes your money but doesn't send out the goods.

I'm a very picky person that likes to make absolutely sure all the details are to my liking before I spend my money. This means I don't shop online often since pretty much all online shops lose patience quickly or simply don't have all the answers. A friend recommended Lilysilk to me for silk bedding and I'm glad I gave the company a try. I sent a total of maybe 5-6 emails with at least 20 questions since I know almost nothing about silk except that it's good stuff, and to my pleasant surprise, they were answered extremely promptly and in great detail. You can feel that their customer service is really trying to go out of their way to help you, which is a very refreshing change for me who is used to getting subpar service. The delivery of the order was extremely quick - if I didn't look at the shipping label I wouldn't have guessed it came all the way from China since it arrived 3 days after I placed my order. Finally, the product was everything I imagined good silk to be if not better. The luxurious and comfort part of their advertisements are definitely true. If you are looking to get silk but don't know where to start, go to Lilysilk and you won't be disappointed.

i purchased a full set of the bedding when it arrived i was very impressed and excited at how lovely the sheets felt, i waited until my bedroom had been re decorated before i used the bedding the first time was great but once washed the sheets went bobble and pilliy i was gutted so i asked if i could return them at my expence but oh no they did not want to know i was ignored totaly! i am not a happy customer and i can't believe all the good reviews they have i think they are fixed

I learned a lot from the website. It is difficult to find silk pajamas that have some weight to them and also are sized to fit Westerners. With LilySilk I found both! The shipping was only days (not too sure coming from China) after ordering. I ordered a larger size since I didn't trust the sizing and then realized that they needed to be exchanged for a smaller size. I definitely recommend this site. The company communication was perfect.

We have bought silk bed sheets and silk duvet covers of various sizes and thicknesses from lily silk. By far the quality of their silk has been the best you can find. And customer service of lily silk has been the best to deal with.

Recently, due to logistical problems our order got delayed by two days. They sent us a beautiful silk scarf complimentary and also tendered apology by email. I have received all my orders within 3 days of placing them (I live in Virginia).
