I recently bought a C220 D AMG Line (from a separate company) and within 30 days had issues with the AdBlue system, Calcot Cars were amazing at diagnosing the faults and advising, as well as sourcing the parts for quotation. Amazing staff, explained everything and would highly recommend to anyone considering them. The workshop lads took me inside around the car to explain the issue and show me what they would be carrying out and what they recommended.

Had my Mercedes as a non starter,car recovered to them despite them being fully booked for 2 weeks they diagnosed the problem and started to do the repair straight away and kept in touch throughout.

Had an engine warning light come on today - 2 days before Christmas and in the middle of Tier 4 restrictions, so I wasn’t hopeful of getting it sorted. Rang Calcot and spoke to someone and, within half an hour, I was able to drive across for them to take a look. Problem was investigated and diagnosed within 10 minutes and I was on my way.

Have used Calcot for servicing for the last couple of years and they have been consistently excellent. I can thoroughly recommend them to all Mercedes owners.

I took my Mercedes SL to my local main dealer to investigate an engine noise problem. After three visits they eventually diagnosed the problem and recommended a replacement suspension system oil pump.

I then spoke to a man at Calcot Cars who asked to see and test drive the car. He also diagnosed the problem and recommended replacing a vibrations damper which is attached to the oil pump. As requested he then ordered the part and repaired the car at approximately one third of the cost quoted by the main dealer.

I ran about a suspension problem on our E220 and left a message. They got back to me even though they were closed. Arranged to take the car in and the problem was diagnosed speedily and accurately. I was given a loan car and returned a couple of days later and the job was all finished on time. A few minor items were also pointed out even though I am doing those myself. These people really know Mercedes, what goes and what doesn’t. Any problems in future and it will be my first port of call.

I have now bought two of the best cars I have ever owned from Calcot. They are the most helpful, honest and friendly car dealers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only that, but they are very helpful on the part exchange or disposal of your trade in and from my experience only market quality Mercedes vehicles. I recommend them highly!

We all take recommendations with a pinch of salt but when you find a recommendation and try them and they go above and beyond at every interaction you just need to share it. These guys (and lady)are just simply honest independent people who know what they are doing and provide the best service, advice, and support for any Mercedes cars/vehicles. Clearly they are in it for the long haul and appreciate that working with their customers means they keep them for a long time. I only hope that they do not become so successful I cannot get MY car(s) booked in moving forward. Go and experience what good service looks like.

Many organisations would benefit from their approach which sadly is not the focus for many. Keep up the good work.

I dropped my 60k mile R-CLass off for a gearbox oil change as a preventative measure. Also asked them to investigate a small "clunk" from front under braking.

Courtesy car was waiting and I left them to it...I was kept well informed throughout with friendly updates. Non-Mercedes brake pads had been fitted by previous owner so I had them replaced with genuine parts ( Calcot Cars only use genuine parts ) and problem seems to be resolved! They even had a go at updating car software but could not as I would need some new disks from Mercedes - will probably let that slide :-)

I returned when I was informed to find my car ready and waiting and was talked through everything that had been done. I didn't even begrudge paying the bill as I felt that my car had been well looked after. Will recommend and use again! Thanks!!

I have used Calcot Cars several times for servicing/repairs and have always had exceptional service. I have found them to be honest, friendly and efficient - nothing is too much trouble. You feel like your car is in safe hands and you get an honest appraisal of what needs doing. Would highly recommend!
