Inconvenient site and difficult to deal with them, and they did not care for the customer, they are looking just for money!!!

Today I rent a car from website and I was waiting in airport more than 2 hours and no any bus come to drop me from the airport and I call the office was no answer and my hotel was far away from the airport more than 1 hours who can pay me my expenses and my time I need my money back and my expenses what I paid

Everything was excellent from start to finish. Easy reservation on their website, instant confirmation with everything I needed to know, quick and simply collection on arrival and smooth handover on return. It was a great price too for the car we received.

I would like to thank Daddy Car Hire for their service. I had an accident with my car last week and I couldn't use it so I booked a car online from Daddy from a depot about 4 miles away from my home. I intended to get a taxi to go and collect it, but I rang them up to see if it was possible to deliver and they did! I had the car 30 minutes later.

My work involves delivering goods so I'm very thankful for the fast service they offered.

I don't have much to say as there were no negatives for me. Just perfect for what I needed.

Earlier this month we hired a car from Daddy at Nice Airport. It was a short walk from the arrivals area, all signposted, and it only took about 20 minutes to sort out paperwork and learn the controls before we were on our way. The car was excellent with no problems at all. It was an excellent service all round.

I tried this site as I found the rates were very cheap and they claimed to use the larger companies to supply the cars. They didn't mention the supplier before you booked, but straight after the booking they confirmed all the details and the supplier. It ended up to be Europcar.

I checked the price Europcar and it was more expensive so it looks like Ive made a good saving. Lets see when how the rental goes!

As a previous employee of Avis Rent a Car, I have to say Daddy Car Hire offer a very good service all round. Their process is very simple and easy, and their prices are even cheaper than I was able to get through my discounts with Avis.

I rarely choose any other supplier to Avis but from now on I will go back to Daddy not just for the price but for the customer service which I found much more professional and they had a better choice of vehicles available.

I liked their service. They are a broker but I found the price was much lower than the actual car rental company (Hertz). The rental went as expected. The car was excellent and people behind the counter polite and swift.

There is very little to say as everything was as it should be. No negatives, just everything very smoothly with no problems.
