We have just rented a car from UDrive in Melbourne. Booking without the need of a deposit payment was my highlight! The pick up process was very easy and everything went smoothly with our little Hyundai. The car was the cheapest I can find online with all the inclusions I wanted, so I will use UDrive again for sure!

Our experience with Udrive was wonderful. Not only were their prices and terms the best of 6 websites I checked, but their service was excellent. Immediate response online both before and during our lease. Faultless.

The Renault Clio we leased was terrific too. The condition of the car, the ease in both picking it up and returning it, the wonderful service at both ends, all combined to make our lease a great experience.

I would not hesitate to recommend both Udrive, and through them Renault, to my friends. We plan another trip to France later this year, and will certainly be using both again. Forget rental agencies; this lease is superior in every way.

We loved the experience it was much cheaper than hiring a car for more than 17 days in Europe and alot easier. The pick up and drop off is really simple especially when travelling with kids.

We picked up our Citroen very easily and were on our way The car had done 9km and was a beauty. Over the next 40 days we did just over 2000km and survived both Italian and French drivers without a scratch to the car.

I leased a Renault Captur SUV Diesal All Wheel Drive for 24 days in France and Spain - a pleasure to drive and friendly efficient customer service at the start and finish. This compared favourably to very poor car hire experiences later in our trip in Italy and in England - in the better quality of vehicle, the lower price and better service. I was given helpful hands on instructions regarding the GPS and car operation and had no waiting time at either end. No hidden charges or fees - unlike both car hire companies.

As an independent traveller I can think of no better way to explore Europe other than by car. Leasing a brand new Peugeot 3008 gave us the flexibility to plan a holiday where we could go where we wanted, to usually arrive at the doorstep of our accommodation, and to head-off each morning according to our own schedule, rather than that of a bus or train timetable. Any country is much more than its big cities, so leasing the car also allowed us to travel the backroads, visiting smaller towns and communities, and accordingly, meet locals who were invariably friendly and helpful. Car leasing is not for everyone, but if you are up for the challenge, the scope for adventure and subsequent benefits are only limited by your own imagination. While driving on motorways and through cities in Europe can be daunting, the GPS installed in the Peugeot was excellent, taking much of the stress away, and alieveating the need for any physical maps. Certainly, my wife and I had far fewer "where the hell are we" experiences, than a simlar trip in 1995!

This is the second time we have used UDrive to organise our Citroen DS Chic two years in a row. Right from the start to the end everything went smoothly. We would highly recommend UDrive to organise car lease or rental. Very satisfied.

WOW, what a fantastic experience travelling around Spain in a brand new Peugeot 2008.

From start to finish, our leasing was plain sailing.

Our initial email contacts with your office to setup the lease went through like clockwork and the upgrade was very much appreciated.

We arrived a bit earlier than scheduled at the pickup point at Barcelona airport, which threw our taxi-driver as the gates to your yard weren’t open, but we got past that issue easily, and the car was ready to go. Local staff went through all the necessary paperwork in a professional manner and ensured that we were reasonably conversant with the GPS and other operations of the car which might have been new or foreign to us before we hit the road.

We enjoyed trouble-free motoring for the next 4 weeks, clocking up just under 3,600kms in our travels.

Drop-off was organised by email and we both arrived (that is we and the local Eurodrive agent) on schedule and the hand-over was effected without delay before a staff member dropped us back at Barcelona airport for our return flights.

We would thoroughly recommend using your leasing services for anyone that wants to drive in Europe as, for us, it was: trouble-free, with a fully insured, 24/7 roadside assist, new car – just fantastic and great value.

We used UDrive to arrange a lease car for our recent holiday in Europe. The lease car gave us the flexibility we needed to drive from the UK to Ireland and then to France without worrying about rental car company penalties and conditions. We were picked up from Heathrow in our brand new car and after 15 minutes of easy paperwork were on our way. The return at Paris airport was even quicker and they dropped us at the terminal. We had the car for 102 days and felt confident about it’s reliability given that it was brand new and covered by a full insurance scheme and 24 hour roadside assistance (which we didn’t have to use). We will use UDrive again and do recommend the scheme to our friends. The person I dealt with was very professional in all our dealings and I haven’t mentioned the best part...the very competitive price!

We hadn't heard of UDrive or the leasing arrangements with Citroen before, however our experience with them was excellent. The pre-arrangements in Australia were handled very efficiently for our pending trip through Spain & Portugal. On arrival in Madrid, our brand new car was there all ready and waiting for us, and the staff were also very friendly and helpful, with the car pickup and return handled seamlessly. They even tried to help us obtain tickets to Alhambra in Granada, and drove us to the train station when we finally dropped the car off. We would highly recommend this service.
