It was a terrible mistake dealing with agent, she completely ignored what was instructed, and acted arbitrarily, no answer to calls thereafter, upon enquiring over email she stopped responding.

I didn't expect to be approved, just played with the application and submitted. Recieved a call and email from their staff and did not stop until I answered, then ask for details. Next call and email I received, CONGRATULATIONS YOU ARE APPROVED. More than the amount I've expected. And they helped me throughout the process, they can even arrange the shipping to your place. i dont think you do help those who have bad credit. I have applied with you guys previously and was declined. yes i have bad credit and i do have payment arrangements made. still didn't help me get a loan.

You need to be aware of what you advertise especially when you don't provide to certain customer's.

when i got the approval for a 9k vehicle loan I was thrilled, and through all the excitement I missed valuable information that stopped the transaction. You know when they quickly read you terms and conditions on the phone and don't quite catch it all because you're soaking in the good news. There was lots to sort, looking for a car, contacting dealers and owners, and when I finally found a vehicle, I had constant communication with the car owner, sorting the shipping, registration etc....even printed out the contract which cost me $48 coloured. Because of my credit, my contract required pay deduction through my employer. My employer of all employees does not do deductions except for court and fines. Car finance2U would not accept any other payment methods and I was required to find a guarantor. Guarantors are very hard to come by and had to cancel my application. I wasted 2 weeks being excited for nothing. Now that you (Cf2U) know not all employees accept pay deductions, you should have an alternative payment method. Or how about set the criteria out on your website so we know the conditions before even applying online. Really disappointed. So for those of you who have struggled and have bad credit or adverse credit because of things out of your control, you will need employer pay deduction set up. See....now how hard was that to let people know.

Absolutely top notch. Made to feel like an adult instead of being frowned upon by banks because of my credit score. These guys are second to none. Professional kind and friendly from 1st initial text to close of deal, If youre nervous about approaching finance company's for car finance then worry no more these guys are legends.

Got the car I wanted on a really decent interest rate considering my credit score.A massive thank you to Stu at Arnold Clark for not giving up on me and coming into work on his day off to keep me informed.

I dealt with Anj, and man was it smooth. I dread dealing with finance companies because of all the paperwork and hassle of getting docs signed and faxed and all the rest.
