Be careful if returning a car to wheels4sure. They will claim all kinds of scratches or dents and threaten you with a huge bill. A similar thing was on watchdog by hire companies claiming for non-existent damage. Loyalty means nothing to this company, they'll take your money then try and stitch you up with a huge bill. Even with photographic evidence, they still claimed of huge scratches etc. Lease elsewhere, this company has got too big for its boots and they don't care about you once they have your money

Great friendly staff brand new car.What is bad well I lost my job and couldn't pay for 2 months in which time I and my wife got calls upto 3/4 times a day bombarded with texts even though its my name only recorded letters 3 times a week and threatened with the police and yes I have all text etc to prove it and can provide to anyone who wishes to see I am seeking legal advice about all this as the stress caused is unbearable. If you can't pay for car then be prepared for hell on earth

I took a car in Feb 2015, paid my monthly instalments until when the contract came to an end Feb 2018.

Wheels for Sure then started saying that I owe them money from a missed Payment for November 2016!

I have provided them my bank statements from my bank and it turns out, I had paid twice in November 2016, from my current account and from savings account.

But guess what, they are now saying that I owe them money and want a letter from the bank to confirm money had left my account.

My bank has sent statements from both savings and current account and the people at wheels for are still adamant that it’s not enough!!

I have never seen such bad customer service in my entire life.

This is a WARNING TO ALL NEW CUSTOMERS. Beware of the people at Wheels for sure.

Fantastic service from beginning to end, very patient and understanding and helped me with all my needs.

I am absolutely furious with this company.

At the end of my three year lease, having returned the vehicle ahead of schedule and despite being told at the time that the account was up to date and no further monies owed (May 2017) how is it almost 8 months later I am having a default notice applied against me for lack of payment for part of the final instalment after a so called ‘review’ of my account which happened 8 months after the vehicle was returned?

It’s bad enough that the advisor who I spoke to, in order to address the matter didn’t seem capable of helping.

Despite all of the issues I experienced with this company when it came to servicing the vehicle I never had a bad thing to say about them and would have happily recommended friends and family but never again.

I’d strongly tell people to stay clear. Complete joke and the staff have no form of customer service skills.

A true example of a company which started from humble beginnings to then grow into something where the customer does not matter, only profit.

Having a poor credit rating trying to get a reliable car was difficult, nearly impossible.

Wheels4Sure came to my rescue and offered me a 1yr old car over 2 years with a 16000 mileage limit.

Obviously as your credit rating is poor you do pay more, but you get a new, or nearly new car with service plan included.

The process was fairly smooth, once the copious amounts of paperwork was scanned and sent back I was ready to pick up my car 5 days after approval.

It was a bit of a way to travel, since I don't live near London but they do pick you up from the station and give you half a tank of petrol to get you home again.

There are however some things on their website that I feel is a bit mis-represented.

1. The price they quote is for 8000 miles, previously you used to get 15000 on every car brought.

2. The cars illustrated are top spec models, most models are the base spec or 2nd from bottom. It would be good to show pics of the cars you would actually get.

3. I was offered a 1yr old car with a reduced monthly payment as I was a new customer, which suited my needs perfectly. I feel they should freely advertise this on their website.

But even with the negative points, Wheels4Sure are an excellent solution if you have poor credit bit can afford to lease a car. With a few tweaks to address the points I raised above, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The service I received was fantastic. The car is very good. However, the fixed payments are quite high. That said, considering my credit history, I am happy overall. Word of advice - ask them for their deals. I wasn’t originally after a Tipo, however, as there was an offer on, I got a bigger, much better equipped car for the same price as the smaller cars.
