This is the worst company I have ever worked with. I am an office manager for another Auto Glass company. We gave them a try for Contract work, as they seemed to have a lot of work at a time we did not. Let me tell you, they do not treat their employees much better than their customers. They completely took advantage of a hardworking person in need. The company and my employee agreed on a set amount to be paid, he was paid barley half of the agreed amount AFTER the work was completed, not to mention it took almost two weeks (past the date they agreed to pay him) to even get paid. They are very un organized. Now they still owe my employee money and instead of taking responsibility and owning up to it, they blocked us from calling and we are unable to get ahold of them! AND to top it off, after finally getting ahold of them, once they realized who was calling, THEY HUNG UP!!! I will not tell anyone not to do business with them, but please take this into consideration when calling this horrible company.

If they see any rust or anything they will not honor the replacement guarantee. They will only guarantee a brand new car. Even if they say they will 100% guarantee it they will not honor what they say. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely the WORST windshield repair company I have ever used !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a chip on the lower passenger side of my motorhome windshield. The repair person arrived 40 minutes late. No phone calls to state they were running late. I had to call to find out if they were still coming to the house.

When he arrived the repairman didn’t have a ladder. He worked on the chip. Then placed a piece of plastic over the chip area and told me not to remove it until the next day. The RV stayed parked until the next afternoon when I removed the plastic. There was glue smeared all over the area under the plastic and now the chip area had glue smears and glue splatters eight times the size of the chip.

The worker wouldn’t take a credit card and would only take cash. I wasn’t informed about this prior. I gave him cash and he refused to give me a receipt. He said it would be emailed to me. It never was and when I called their office to have a receipt emailed they didn’t.

I called 916-235-6646 to tell the office about the problem. The man that answers the phone was one of the rudest people I have ever attempted to talk with. He hung up on me once. He argued, told me off and refused to do anything. He continually lied to me, wouldn’t tell me his real name, lied about a physical location.

THE WORST BUSINESS EVER !! BEWAIRE !! DO NOT USE THIS BUISNESS !!!!

I am a permanent customer of First American Auto Glass. Previously they have repaired my auto glass very efficiently. And this time also they have replaced my door regulator at a very moderaterate. Now I have no trouble in lowering and raising my door glass. They are prompt and courteous tries to provide the best to their customers. I am fully satisfied with their quality of work and exclusive services.
