I found Edinburgh Room Rentals Ltd to be the best and most efficient way of sorting out a room in Edinburgh, especially during the intensely busy festival period.

I was looking for summer accommodation last minute for July and August and they helped me find a place within a few days. They responded to all my e-mails and questions in a very timely manner and very thoroughly. Because of my full-time internship, I have a very busy schedule but they were very flexible on the move-in date and time. I have been looking so hard for a place to stay and everywhere is either long-term leases or ridiculously expensive, and ERR's prices don't change in August like a lot of places' do due to the festival. All in all, very happy with the service and I can't wait to move in!

I have been dealing with Edinburgh Room Rentals since last September - trying to organise a booking for nearly 80 students and adults for the first week of this year's Fringe. It was not easy for them! Our party size has changed a number of times since our original contact. Throughout our dealings they have been nothing but professional and very accommodating (no pun intended) to our needs. Communication has been excellent and prompt and when our original booking faltered (through no fault of Edinburgh Room Rentals), they were able to sort us out with an excellent alternative. Not at all pushy but always listening to our needs and trying to sort out problems and answer our queries swiftly. I have found them to be an excellent agency to deal with and would be more than happy to approach them again, should the need arise.
