We bought an Eames style chair which arrived incredibly quickly in a couple of days. The chair was really good quality but unfortunately the leather colour wasn’t what we wanted. We returned it with no problems and similarly speedy collection. The service and communication was immediate and engaging. The refund was processed immediately and received back on the card the next day. Real pity it wasn’t right for us but we would readily recommend Modborn and will be back.

Bought a lounge chair with ottoman and both delivery time and product quality fulfilled my high expectations. Almost directly after my order was made I got confirmation and info on transport with tracking numbers. After receiving the chair and ottoman (4 work days delivery to Sweden which is great) I got an e-mail from representative at Modborn. Many companies have a lot to learn from these guys. I will definitly recommend Modborn to friends and anyone who is looking for nice and good quality furniture at very good prices.

Ordered a taller version of the Eames chair. I have to say I was nervous about ordering a product I've never seen in person, from a company I've never used before. I phoned before ordering and was given lots of advice. I have to say the chair is fantastic and even though I had a minor issue agent was super quick to respond and sort me out. Excellent customer service and good value. If you're having doubts pick up the phone and talk to them, you won't be disappointed.
