My wife and I ordered 10 cinema chairs from Delux Deco via our buying agent 1080 Integration Ltd. The chairs arrived 20 weeks later and 7 out of 10 are now broken or damaged. Since then this company has shown other reviews to be correct in that they have terrible customer service and terrible quality products from China. Go elsewhere to a reputable company. All nice when ordering but are aggressive if you have an issue. They ignore you when you have an issue and delay repairs by 7 months and still waiting. They make you think they are British made products but the truth of it is they are Primark standard from China. Whoever makes these chairs in China is at the lower end of manufacturing standards and quality. I guess the saying is true buy cheap, buy twice. Gutted I didn’t follow this methodology now as we have 7 broken chairs and a company that ignores you and doesn’t want to fix the issues. I have since learned there are British manufacturers of cinema chairs that offer a 5 year warranty. 1080 Integration ltd have done their best to rectify the issue with Delux deco who give a 1 years warranty because they know deep down they will break as poor quality and as such we have been waiting for repairs and someone to look at the broken chairs for over 7 months now eating in to the warranty!. If you leave a negative review they go all out to have it removed from the platform as they do not want people to read how bad they are; they do this by stating you are not a customer or there’s even though you are. They don’t back their own products. You would be wise to steer clear of Delux deco; I doubt they will be in business much longer but will probably resurface under a different name.

Very comfy sofa, easy ordering process. Only drawback is that we had to wait 14 weeks, we ordered from the new Italian range. So important to order in advance.

Thought i should review as the sofa has proven wonderful, looks modern and very comfy. Have fallen asleep on it a fair few times, in love.

initially was unable to place my order for the sofa online, believe there was maintenance or changes being made to the website this day. i phoned to order and the staff explained the situation and were right on it, gave me a chance to ask a few questions i had too! the Lazydays is beautiful quality .

Great high end sofa , although slightly delayed we understand the time we’re in, recieved an email apologising for this. Sofa is just luxury, have recommended to friends who are looking to buy, shame there’s no reward or future discount for referring ? Otherwise great.

delivery men were very friendly and set the sofa up well upon arrival. They then checked we were happy with everything before leaving. Very professional company and service. A wonderful sofa and ottoman.
