If you are looking for a disastrous and stressful weekend away, this is the company for you!

We booked an exciting hen weekend away with this company back in January for a hen weekend taking place on 9th July.

With 2 days to go and excessive ignored phone calls and emails, we were finally sent the complete itinerary.

With more than enough notice to book "a fabulous 5* hotel (2 guests per room), two course Italian Meal, bottomless brunch and guest list entry to various clubs" at a cost of £265 per person (travel excluded) this was the very opposite of what this company had booked for us.

A "fabulous 5* hotel" consisted of 4 adults (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed) in a apartment hotel (which was never cleaned) for 2 nights!

A two course Italian meal which was PIZZA EXPRESS!!

We had to call various restaurants to see availability for this to be changed (a group of 12 ladies with 2 days notice for a Saturday night was near-on impossible). However we found a very nice restaurant that we asked the company to change for us. They insisted they wouldn't do this but however will change this to Bella Italia (slightly better but unacceptable for a hen-do). With the restaurant already pre-paid we went along with it. The Saturday Night arrives and we take taxi's to the Bella Italia that was stated in the itinerary to find out it was CLOSED and the actual reservation was a 30 minute drive away! This resulted to us having to take taxi's back to our hotel and spend £130 on dominos (which no doubt will never be reimbursed).

The exciting bottomless brunch at Dirty Martini's arrives. We sit down and enjoy various cocktails, excited for the food to arrive to be told by Dirty Martini that they had not received our pre-order and therefore can only give us what was remaining in the kitchen. We had various Vegetarian and gluten free diners in the group that could not be catered for (this was no fault to the venue). Another let down by FANTASTIC WEEKENDS.

I will never EVER use or recommend this company and I urge you to find another provider.

The whole stag weekend was amazing and absolutely hassle free. The activities were good, restaurants, clubs and transports as well.

Every thing went as planned and the experience was a lot better than we ever imagined! If you're planning a stag party, this is the only choice! Thanks Fantastic Weekend!

This company has been a godsend, especially throughout the planning stages. I booked my weekend at the last minute, and they were really accommodating with whatever modifications I needed to make. This is the company I would choose again to organize another Stag weekend away.

we had a fab weekend in the Lakes after is being postponed several times due to Covid. The FW Team are a pleasure to deal with and all activities ran without hitch. The house was stunning too!!

Just come back from a hen weekend in Brighton booked with this company and had the best time. They organised everything all included in the price. Hotel was great and entertainment perfect. 11 of us could not praise this company enough. Would definitely recommend and would use in future. Thank you.

We booked my daughter’s hen party through Fantastic Weekends in January 2021. It was a large house for 13 with a hot tub, bbq and lovely grounds.

We paid the deposit on 7th February to secure the house, as requested, for the hen party at the end of July. We paid in full in 17th May, again as requested and thought everything was great.

However, On 6th June we received an email from the owner with the following information:

“I’m sorry to tell you that the house we booked for you has been double-booked.

The Hotels Team tried to make payment but the owners could not accept the payment due to the over-sight”

He went on to say there was nothing available in our price range apart from a hotel which we didn’t want for such a large party. There was no offer of support towards another venue or compensation at the time so we had no choice but to get a refund.

It took several emails to get the refund and when it came it was less than we paid so we had to send further emails to get the whole amount.

The owner is very rude, obnoxious and arrogant. He said it wasn’t his fault and showed very little empathy. He is very disrespectful and dismissive also.

According to Companies House, the company is owned by LC but it states they only have one employee so who the “Hotels Team” is that he refers to in his email is anyone’s guess! He blames the house owner for double booking but who knows!

After several emails and threats of the small claims court The owner did eventually offer a £300 credit note but this has not been forthcoming, in fact in a recent email he has said there is “not a chance” of getting anything from him!

Unfortunately, we have not been able to secure a venue for the hen party so it has been cancelled.

Please don’t make the same mistake we did by putting our trust in this company. Go somewhere more reputable!

I wouldn’t even give one star but you can’t submit a review without at least one.

The most incompetent, company with no integrity, accountability or basic customer service, I’ve ever had the nightmare of giving money to.

Use any other company except this one, if you actually wish to have your contract honoured.

Save yourself the stress, pain and disappointment and avoid this company at all costs!!

From start to finish I received an excellent response to my enquiry. This is quite a new business but I had no qualms as the staff were very knowledgeable on options.

We ended with a group of 15 and everything was as expected at Hotel, Go Karting Night Club

We had a brilliant weekend for my sister's hen do in Torquay.

The activity was great, accommodation was perfect.

The meal was located in town which worked perfectly though I experienced a issue when we first arrived as they did not know about our booking or that we had pre paid for everyone.

The restaurant was at fault with this and after a call to the fantastic weekends team at 7pm on a Saturday which at the time I didn't expect anyone to be there, the booking was sorted with the restaurant and we all had our meal with some freebies from the the restaurant.

A complaint against the restaurant was put in by me and the fantastic weekend team after the weekend.

They cover everything you need and are so helpful.

Overall it was a brilliant weekend and I would recommend fantastic weekends again.
