Very Professional

The work that Richfield’s Interiors did for me transformed the living room and gave it a complete facelift so the whole room looks bigger. It hadn’t been decorated for twenty years as it’s a big room but it looks even bigger now.

Fitted Wardrobes To Bedroom

From start to finish the service provided by the team at Richfields Interiors was excellent.

They worked with us to design new fitted wardrobes for our master bedroom, the design went through several drafts before we settled on a final design.

The fitters came on the agreed date, they fitted the wardrobes and cleared up after themselves both inside and outside the house.

Would certainly recommend and use again.

Shocking Customer Care

Do not use richfields if you expect any communication about problems or after care. They expect payment in full BEFORE they start work (invoice received the day before they were due to start after already paying 30% deposit).

Ordered months in advance as we were on a strict timeline as a new build. No communication whatsoever until the installers finished at 4pm day one and just as they are leaving tell us the doors are ‘missing’ no idea when they will be back !!

Couldn’t get hold spot anyone, and when I did they couldn’t really care less and just felt if they turned up in two days we would be happy!

Still no doors three days later and I had to ask them to call the manufacturers or nothing would have got done.

We now have doors, but zero call or visit from them to ask how we found the quality of product, if any after care is needed or even the common decency to follow up to apologise for the issues.

Noithing I have said is untrue, so you should amend your own commens above. You never called me pro-actively, only when I contacted you asking you to chase, so to say 'constantly' in contact is a lie.

I have emailed you three times with zero response to highlight the issues. The only time you pro-actively called me was the day the review went live - co-incidence? I think not.

If you want to come and see the doors (that I dont believe are glass as we asked for but a perspex) then please email me to arrange a time. I am back to work and my hours when I am free dont match yours.

Hi, sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our service, however this does seem a very unfair and untruthful review!

Our terms are 30% deposit with the remaining 70% due 1 week before start of installation. This has been our standard terms and conditions for many years and we do not offer a payment on completion terms (This was discussed in person - I gave you the advice to always put deposits on Credit Card as it means you are fully insured for the job - you thanked me for the advice at the time). This enables us to make high quality furniture at very affordable prices ('70% BALANCE Due 1 week before Fitting date shown' is clearly written in big letters next to the price where you have signed on the order form. (Both Sharps Bedrooms, Hammonds and many other bedroom companies have the same terms of payment).

You ordered some special made doors to your own specification and unfortunately they did not turn up on the correct delivery date from the supplier. We were only informed at the last possible moment that there was a delay from the supplier. I rang you personally on your mobile and apologised and did my very best to chase the doors for you but unfortunately they are not made in house so it was out of our control. I kept in contact on your phone with you and the 8 doors were fitted 7 days later to complete your bedroom.

I have kept in constant touch on the phone - I don't think anyone could do more, returned all your calls and certainly kept in touch with yourselves and the manufacturer of the special glass doors.

I have rang you and left a voicemail to check everything was OK but have had no response? - Any problems or if you still wish me to visit (would be happy to hear from you), please contact me on my mobile or office number and I will be happy to help. We are a very caring family business that has been trading for over 40 years with normally very positive reviews!

Quality Design Service

Being new to East Midlands's was not easy when selecting a new Kitchen design, coupled with having building work running alongside.

I had a quote form a well known brand who advertise massive % savings throughout the year, I guess to hook you in.The designs were fine however pressure to order that day as the seal was to be finished... and the fact they couldn't fit the kitchen, so for us no ownership of such a large purchase.. I then decided to look for an independent, I googled Richfields Interiors and asked for a consultation. I found the first meeting was sincere and I felt very honest to what I wanted to achieve, I new I could engage without pressure. We spent time looking at what I wanted to the overall look to be in the open plan space we were creating and how best the building work would support an open plan kitchen living.

I feel ideas and samples were very fitting to what we wanted, from quality,within budget which was certainly achieved. At no point did I feel pressured to order the new kitchen. However what I would say was all deadlines were achieved, managing customers budget and expectations are key. I was also happy that all stages from design, selecting appliances and kitchen style to fitting and finish ran very smoothly too and to dates allocated. Richfields Interiors didn't hook us with % discounts they don't need to because they work out as competitive as ones that do! For my partner and I its about attention to detail advice quality and no pressure! Would I recommend yes I would.

Excellent After Sales Support

In 2009 had kitchen Designed Supplied and Installed by Richfield Interiors The work was carried out by a competent and friendly team resulting in a super kitchen. Recently had a problem with one of the drawers not closing properly, contacted Richfield and within a few days problem solved, when two members of the original team arrived and fitted a new drawer mechanism FREE of charge. Have recommended Richfield to friends in the past who have been delighted with their kitchens

Very Satisfied.

We recently had a new kitchen designed and fitted by Richfields, from first contact to finished kitchen we have been very satisfied, we wanted to give our kitchen diner the wow factor and it certainly has that but it is also very functional, it wasn't cheap but bespoke items rarely are. Having recently had a very bad experience with a new bathroom we were apprehensive about having tradesmen in the house again but all were first class tradesmen, we would and have recommended them to friends.
