I knew the cost of delivery (£30 for one light bulb) was expensive upfront—I think it is probably the most expensive delivery charge I've ever paid for anything ever—but hadn't factored that there would also be custom's charges on top.

That just made the overall cost prohibitively expensive.

Probably a good option when ordering from the UK, but doesn't make sense for international shipping.

The UV bulb arrived well packaged and at the promised delivery date. I installed the bulb and it worked; you cannot ask for more.

The website could give a little more detail, if I didn't know the product details I would have struggled a bit; I am 78 so the information takes a little longer to enter the grey matter! I would like to see prices including Vat, my bulb nearly doubled in price one VAT and P&P was added.

Apart from that the whole experience was great. Good company, great proucts and efficient service. Excellent.

Ordered a UV bulb replacement (UVLE-TUV25W4PSE),for a well water treatment system,received in tact (good packaging),thru two different postal systems all the way over to west of Ireland.

One small quibble - the 'Handypay' payment system wouldn't accept Visa for whatever reason.

As a theatre venue, I use ELC regularly for my lamp stock. However, I presented them with a challenge and they certainly rose to the occassion!

With panto on the horizon I needed 100 6W dimmable GLS LED bulbs in a variety of colours with a very tight deadline.

ELC managed to turn the stock around from their supplier to the warehouse to the venue in 48 hours! Amazing work.

Needed an amalgam UV bulb and quartz for my pond UV. ELC were very competitively priced and had a great selection. Shipping was quick and products seem to be of high quality. I would highly recommend.

Found ELC Ltd most reasonably priced, including shipping, also noticed when checking on saved packaging from previously purchased tube it was from ELT.

I dislike ordering on line so phoned ELC, instead, what a pleasant experience, ordered tubes, and to my surprise they arrived 10.00am next morning, now that’s what I call service.

I was in desperate need of a UV bulb for our drinkung water system. As I broke the one we had fixing a leak.

When I phoned there was only 10 minutes until the courier for that day left. They did such a good job of turning it over and getting it to me less than 24 hours later, on the other side of the UK.

I needed some TUV 55W HO G55T8 lamps quickly, & found ELC online. I rung to check they had them in stock. They were very knowledgeable and offered an excellent price. Tubes arrived well packed the very next day. I would definitely recommend.
