This company seems to have a template reply saying that they cannot unlock the phone. It's a simple Samsung CORE phone. The reply came within minutes after I paid through PayPal. Then another message saying a refund is been processed. Nothing happened.

Paid my $5.99, got email 24 hours later that they can't unlock the phone. Said I would get refund, have not received it yet (will dispute with Paypal). Seems

Then I went to the website of the phone company (Optus) that the phone was locked to, and got a FREE unlock code which worked!

They quote $1.95 but charge $5.95

They pretend someone is working on it but it's all lies. This company if it can be called that don't even try to unlock anything, just take your $$$

i can only say dont dont dont go for them .That all i have to say .

like everyone else, paid my money, got the automated emails, no code and they promise me a prompt refund which i'm sure will never come. This is how they operate, take $5.99 from multitudes of people most of whom will let it slide because it's "only" $5.99.

i've reported them to paypal and i will get my money back through paypal but it'll take minimum 10 days.

they make their money from the majority of people who just let it go and write it off as a loss. If enough people report them to paypal they will get their paypal account frozen, so please report them.

Paid $5.99 to sim unlock a ascend y201, received a message to confirm the imei number which was correct in my in order Another day passes and I receive a email from them which states that they cannot unlock my phone and a refund is being organised . I wait for another 48 hrs and no refund so I email him and say that if no refund is showing on my Paypal then I will be contacting Paypal to dispute this payment. Within a few minutes I get a message from Paypal that I have a refund from this outfit. Do not trust this outfit

I paid to have 2 phones unlocked without success on either Promised to refund money within 24 hours and didnt Tried to email them They dont want to know you after they have your money DONT TOUCH THEM

Just got the same run a round like others.should have checked this review site before I wasted time and money,but it's the old story if it sounds too good to be true it's not. Anyone else needing a code just pay the phone co and save yourself the headache aaaggghhh!!!!

It says all. Failing to generate a code is OK. But failing to return money is sufficient to have PayPal involved.

My advice - look elsewhere.
