Ordered book, money taken from account despite claims no money transferred until shipped. Queried shipping via on line chat and told it had been shipped 4-8 days for delivery. Did not arrive, got back in touch, assured it had been shipped that day, 4 - 8 days delivery. Still did not arrive, now told there had been an error and it would be shipped shortly and an email sent confirming shipment. Tried to cancel and told cannot do via chat line and I will have to get in touch by email.

I have purchased specific Aurobindo books and got some great deals.

The whole process from ordering to returning my items has been an annoying and lengthy process. I had to wait over three weeks to receive an important textbook and a CD. Since it took such a long time to get these items, I had to obtain one of the items somewhere else. As a consequence, I had to return the CD. It's been two weeks since I returned it and the process is still not completed, i.e. I have not received the refund. I have been extremely annoyed and inconvenienced. The only positives out of this situation were the professionalism of staff and quality of the items. However, I will not be ordering from them again.

I was looking for a good source for Indian numismatic books and have found a great one in printsasia.com. They have a great selection, cost much less than most places that sell Indian books, and accept credit cards. I have already recommended them to several friends with interests similar to mine.

I was happy to find a copy of the Upadesha Sahasri of Sri Adi Shankaracharya on Printsasia.com. The particular version I was looking for, translated by V. Narisiman and published by Bhavan Book University, was not available from any other websites. To makes things even better, Printsasia.com was selling the book for the lowest price that I had ever seen the book listed at. The shipping was free, which was a nice bonus, and the book came faster than they said it would.

Used this site for the first time. I have received my book in brand new condition. I am thoroughly impressed by their courteous, friendly and efficient customer support team members. I ordered a book that was stated on web site to be in stock and usually shipped in 3 days. Nine days later after chasing them I get told the book is not in stock. Web site still says Available and usually ships in 3 days.

Customer service do not give clear answer and the phone calls to Chiswick office just go to voice mail!

I placed few orders for books worth more than 400 bucks in 3 different orders and all sent to me via dhl from India and when i enquire about why so,....they simply told that they have arranged it from vendors directly....now you wonder if they source their stock from a country whose currency is 60 times cheaper than ours. Man its fake n definitely not American.

u can't fool ur customers for long.
