Antiquated System
I wish I’d read these reviews before I purchased from this company.
Having believed I had cleared my balance early (10 months early if I had gone with their minimum payment suggestions), I was more than disappointed to receive a late payment charge with no prior warning.
Their ordering and billing system is antiquated and customer service lack lustre.
I’m left feeling overcharged for not so great quality items.
Account now cleared and closed

Order Never Arrived Unable To Locate Poor Customer Service
Ordered recently (November 2030) date given to be delivered this passed contacted customer services who were not able to help but to leave it with them for three days to investigate and they would get back to me waited four days still heard nothing contacted them again wanted me to wait another three days to investigate
Was not happy so asked for a refund told could not have refund as there system was showing dispatched asked for delivery track number checked carrier system track number had not been logged still not given refund yet no one could tell me when they were dispatched or when they would arrive insisted a refund required escalated high up the tree finally got someone to admit cloths not in county yet they are still on sell and showing delivery in five days finally got refund after a lot of fuss.
Be aware trying to get a refund is a nightmares when they cannot track your parcel appear to use delaying tact ticks of investigating

3 Weeks Waiting For My Items, They Refuse To Refund
worst customer services and experience ever. 2 weeks without having any notifications from my order; I logged in, only to find out I’m supposed to contact them. I called them to check where my order is and they said they have no idea; it’s out with the couriers but they don’t know anything about it - but they must know there is something wrong as they display this message on their site. I request a refund but they can’t do that because the items are on transit. So they raised a complaint and said they’ll notify me where my order is by email. To the date no news from my order; just an email from customer devices saying that they believe my case was solved??? I contacted them to say that it wasn’t solved at all and still no answer, no goods and no refund!!
Not Worth Bothering With
Sent for 2 tops only got one sent to me they also sent me wine glasses, I rang right away they apologized gave me 30% of but when I went to my account 18 days latter they had charged me for the glasses which I had not ordered and agreed too send back but no one came to pick up. No help when I rang hope they pick up this time I don’t see why I should be charged for things I did not order or want.

Doesn't Even Fit
So I ordered a size 16 considering I'm a size 14 stretch trousers. They are not stretchy and they don't fit. I needed these trousers so I'm able to start my new job but now will have to go out to buy myself some different ones.
Uncooperative
I have found the service unhelpful. I made an incorrect order and spoke with the online chat team 30 minutes after to ask them to cancel the order so I could reorder the correct items.
They advised this wouldn’t be possible as the orders would be getting picked for delivery. I find this hard to believe at 8am and within half hour of me making the order.
I will therefore have to receive the items pay for the delivery and return them.
I will be paying my balance and closing the account.

Missing Parcel , Missing Customer Service Help!
I ordered 2 items, both same, but different sizes. Had email to say goods would arrive in 2 days...No! So gave it a couple more days before going on live chat to see why delayed? Told sent and wait a bit longer. Parcel never did arrive,after many chats and emails,another was sent, did the first ever get sent?? Anyway, size chosen and other returned. Confirmed.now they are still 'investigating' the missing parcel. Apparently they say it was left with a neighbour, it wasn't. They said it was left at a house further down and signed for? That house has been empty for months, few workmen go in occasionally I've been told. Can't confirm as I can't see it from my house.the week they said delivered I never left the house due to I'll health, and no card was put through door... now after all this we are now back to being asked name, address, date of birth! Staff are incompetant. HELP!

Ancient Web Ordering Service
I placed an order - was fooled around by the 30% off deal - I thought it was for everyone but then realise that it is compulsory to apply for credit with this company before the discount applies. I couldn't be bothered so I did not apply and paid full price and postage. Then having visited the review centre I felt alarmed and tried to cancel. They told me they don't have live records and to cancel I must call tomorrow. Their working hours being 8am to 11pm, the order was immediately shipped at 8:12am, I had practicalily no chance to cancel the order.
I won't buy from them again because their website is poorly constructed. Amazon sells Speedo with larger sizes, their website is much easier to navigate, placing and changing orders is a breeze. So I have no need to visit Curivissa ever again.
The products they have shipped to me are alright. They are true to size. I won't try to return the products although I don't really like them, but that's because I can't be bothered to deal with these guys again.
All in all this is a reasonably alright company. But there is so much needed to improve that I won't bother with it again.

Poor Collections Service
I have been trying to return an item for 3 weeks. I have booked 2 returns, made sure I was home all day for 2 days running each time, and both times no one came to collect. If the company are not capable of managing their contract with their couriers properly, they should not offer this service.
