Poor company. Ordered, made a mistake cancelled within MINUTES.

A day goes by and They refused to cancel over email, followed by a ‘coincidental’ dispatched notification so all costs would sit with me (and they made that very clear). Done deliberately and the timeline backs this up. Even told me if I refuse delivery then costs would sit with me…. You couldn't make it up!

Poor show of a company - avoid as they pile on the costs to cancel anything.

I’ve had good dealings with Speedyhen in the past - but, then again, there haven’t been any niggles requiring customer support. Made an order for a Christmas present, via Amazon, back on 13th December - the money went out of my account a week later, but no delivery made. I’ve been trying to resolve this since 29th December, including several phone calls to Amazon, but no joy. The order is apparently showing on their system as ’pending’, and they say they can’t do anything, and that I need to contact Amazon, which I’ve done.

No doubt, if they see this message, they’ll reply to say (yet again) it’s Amazon’s fault, and there’s nothing they can do to resolve - but Amazon say otherwise. I’m happy to believe this is a computer glitch - and Amazon have tried contacting Speedyhen themselves - but this company ignore them and me, and just bounce it back to me, rather than making even the slightest effort to resolve directly.

ordered a book for xmas that was shown in stock on 29/11/2017. I checked 16/12/2017 as it had not arrived.Book was shown as on order! No email updates.Very poor customer service refunded to my paypal account. If yoy do buy use paypal and check account frquently for book status

I am a regular customer of Speedyhen's and I always get my orders extremely fast and if I never need to speak to someone the customer service department are so helpful. I always recommend Speedyhen to people who are looking for an alternative to Amazon as there prices are so competitive. I will always use Speedyhen and I would recommend Speedyhen to anyone who wants a good reliable service from a company who goes the extra mile for it customers.

if you ever see your chosen item is not in stock, don't buy from speedy hen. You are not kept informed of when the item will be available and eventually will get an email stating that your order is cancelled and you are refunded. Ok a full refund is great but when you want the item and you've waited a month and then told that speedyhen renegade on their commitment to your order is just not good enough.

With competitive pricing and very fast delivery I cannot fault the service I received from speedy hen. Would definitely use again.

I ordered a book which arrived 4days later well wrapped and no charge for post and packing. Really impressed

Have had a few transactions with Speedy Hen and so far have been impressed. Dare I say it in todays society, they do inspire confidence. Given the opportunity would buy from speedy Hen, even if price was more expensive. I suppose confidence in your supplier is very important!

Ordering was simple , condition of item perfect , packaged perfectly, delivery very very fast . I will recommend speedy hen to everyone of my friends and family . Thankyou from a novice online shopper
