Purchased a rustic obelisk for £69.95 which was supplied by Agriframes who charge £38.25!!! Asked for an explanation

as to why the price was inflated but they didn't have the courtesy to reply!!!

I wanted a Patio set to put on my ... well patio as it happens, for some garden parties this summer. Even though the weather has been foul of late I am optimistic that we will get some nice weather in the summer months.

I found the website easy to use, to be honest I had already decided on the product before I came to Heritage gardens website, I was delighted they had it in stock and available to quick shipping to my address.

Delivery was good and communication from the company kept me in the loop. The patio set is of course superb, but it's a Rowlinson, so to be expected.

I can recommend this company based upon my shopping experience with them. I would be more than happy to shop here again.

I needed to get hold of a log store and found the Heritage site through the google shopping results. My initial concern was getting the item on time, I needed it in a hurry and wanted to be sure it would arrive. I emailed first and after quickly checking the item was available they came back to me to advise I would have it delivered within 48 hours.

I then placed my order online and was extremely happy when it did arrive within the time frame.

The products itself was fine as expected. It is a Rowlinson product so obviously fine quality.

I will certainly use this website again and am more than happy to recommend it to my friends and fellow gardeners.

All in all very happy. I bought a Winchester Arbour (made by rowlinson) for the bottom of our Garden. The quality of the product is good. As a bit of an amateur DIY'er i found it relatively easy to assemble, although it did take some time. Ideally you need to people two people.

Delivery was quick and it looks lovely in our garden. I didn't have cause to speak to Heritage Gardens so I can't comment on their aftersales service, but my experience was good and I would order from them again.

I've used Heritage on two separate occasions and both times I've had excellent service. Delivery was quick and efficient and they were very helpful when I had to speak to them on the phone.

The first time I ordered a raised bed kit and the second time I ordered a set of table and chairs for the garden. The raised bed kit is fantastic and has turned me into an avid vegetable grower after years of letting my husband do all the gardening.

The table and chairs are made from teak and are great quality. Although we didn't have much chance to use them this year because of the weather, we're looking forward to using them in the spring!

I was looking for a new garden bench and found the Heritage website. Initially I was surprised to see them costing so much, but upon closer inspection I realised that these were high quality benches that were built to last a very long time.

I took the plunge and ordered a £300 bench from the site. I received and email from the company telling me when my bench would ship. It was delivered two days later.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of the bench. It now takes pride of place in my garden. I noticed that Heritage stock a range of other high end garden items that I might be interested in at some stage.

All in all a very good service and a fine buying experience.
