Ordered some watch parts and made payment which came out straight away but still haven't received goods over 6 months later and its impossible to contact the company by phone or the online contact form. Have also sent various letters which have been signed for but never received a response, the goods or my money back! Shocking company. Have reported to Trading Standards

ORDERED A SCREW FOR A GUCCI WATCH IN MARCH, PAID MONEY INTO ACCOUNT AS REQUESTED, NEVER RECEIVED, PHONED SO MANY TIMES, THEY DONT ANSWER PHONE HAD TO WRITE, STILL NO REPLY.TAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE AND NOT SUPPLING GOODS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I AM TAKING THIS FURTHER.

Ordered a TAG Heuer F1 Strap. Paid for it. Was never delivered. No emails answered.

I have seen this company described as a SHAM.

What else can I say? Ordered, paid, emailed them, called, never ever received any response!

Ten weeks after ordering an item nothing has arrived despite £90 being taken as soon as the order was placed. No reply to emails and phone is never answered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I required a Ronda 732 and monies taken immediately, no indication of delivery time, but the part status remained pending for 2 and half weeks and took a few more days to arrive. A Ronda 1032(0) arrived. Because of a mistake on my part re the height of the hands, (apparently I needed a Ronda 732(3) or a Ronda 1032 (2)) the part arrived with 0.8 mm clearance whereby I needed 1.33 mm. Contacted their support 3 times requesting if they could assist - no reply - Accepted my mistake and bought a part off Ebay, cost more, but arrived from Germany in 3 days - result !

Should have read these review first but I have used them once before and they did supply the parts after quite a while, which is why I used them again.

Bought and paid for Tag Heuer parts in dec 2015!

Confirm previous reviews - take money but no delivery or customer service. Wish I had read the reviews first!! Attempting to extract payment return but not optimistic.

Ordered Omega strap pins and tubes early May. Received an update to say payment has been received within 24 hours - then nothing since.

They have not once answered repeated emails or phone calls- EVER!

Credit Card company has now credited my account with the costs - but don't waste your time with this bunch
