Useless. Lost Parcel.
There are 3 collection/Delivery points in my area. All were full, no empty boxes available. Drove in a circle covering a total of 98miles in order deposit a parcel at no4. This is not cheap considering the price of petrol.Collection from final delivery was 1 hour after deposit, Fantastic I thought. 3 days later the parcel is out for delivery. Not delivered. Again and again I read it was out for delivery. That was 3 weeks ago and still no parcel.I would never use this method again. There are not enough boxes to cater for the number of parcels, collection times are erratic and not posted at station points. Customers are not informed of delayed deliveries. The areas I am talking about are: Morrisons- Cowdenbeath, Halbeath Junction -Dunfermline, Fife Retail Park- Kirkaldy. Sucess at Morrisons in Glenrothes.
The check system did not tell me these places were full.
A complete afternoon wasted and the item now appears to be lost.

Next Day Delivery Farce
This so-called company should be shut down or held against the trades description act. They offer a next day delivery service but 1) fail to collect on the day they commit to; 2) fail to deliver the day after they have collected; 3) simply mark the consignments as "delayed" and "contact the sender" - even for the sender's tracking view! 4) do not provide any kind of customer support. This has happened on repeated uses, mainly through trying again because they ultimately reply saying that this is a one-off and they will do better next time! I will add them to my block list to avoid using them again.

Avoid At All Costs
Avoid this company. Still waiting for a collection. Customer service is non existent! Absolutely useless
Second that, terrible, do not trust DHL or ipostparcels, with your goods. Pay a little more and get your parcel delivered,, DHL and ipostparcels, have no customer service and do not compensate for lost parcels they also to not respect the contents. Long barge pole.

Totally Avoid
I cannot understand how any business can be allowed to carry on trading when they are as bad as this one..... paid for a 2 day turn around of collection then delivery but instead i get a migrane and approaching a week later 2 failed collections with no contact whatsoever along with me out of pocket, how is this allowed ? hmm might set up my own parcel company and just take money eh ?

Bad Services And Cancelled Client's Order
I got two attempted collections by Ipostparcel, first time I missed it in the morning. Second time the driver was no shown during the collection time. Then I asked for a third re-collection. Then Ipostparcel canceled my order for that.
That should be fine for Ipostparcel to refund all the orders that made by the clients and didn't care about their own business.
But I still want to make a written complaint for the driver and the Customer Service Advisor.
Please let me know how I could have a senior staff to discuss my case.
Thanks
Here is the reply from IPostparcel on 16/1/19
I have checked the GPS and can advise the driver attempted at your address, as the collection was attempted on two occasions, the collection has now been cancelled and the service point have advised the driver will not be collecting shipment
I have issued a full refund on the shipment, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to show back in your account.

Good Once, But Now Going Downhill It Seems
I’ve used these to send parcels to the US for about three years, during which my complaints would only be virtually no useful tracking info for out of the UK parcels, very variable delivery times and a poor contact form on their web site.
I could handle that as their prices are good and I don’t expect everything.
I don’t expect parcels to disappear though, which they’ve just done with three paintings in the same month!
When they do disappear, I expect some customer service, which 6 weeks later is non-existent, unless you like being given the runaround. Their chat is ok, WHEN it's available.
This will mean 10 days repainting of lost art work if the pictures are not found.
I won’t be using them again.

Warning Do Not Use Ipost Parcels I Wish I Had Real Others
TOTALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WEDDING PACKAGE NEVER DELIVERED AND WILL NOW BE DESTROYED
I recently used this company to send a wedding present to Thailand.
I gave plenty of time. They said 4./5 days delivery. I sent on 25th Jan, to this date it has not arrived.
After posting it I started getting comms from the company. Saying variously, the parcel has arrived. The parcel could not be delivered. Asking me to contact them urgently. The only way I could do this was by email and they were not in any rush getting back to me. So weeks went by till I got another series of message. One again saying it had been delivered and another saying it was refused for at delivery. I contact my cousin who was getting married and it was never refuse because it was never delivered. After a while I heard back from them saying I had to pay £53 in duty or the packet would be held by them or destroyed till it was.
NEVER AT ANY POINT DID THEY TELL ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTY ON A GIFT - THEIR ONLINE GIFT GUIDE DOES NOT MENTION THIS AT ALL.
I arranged for the package to be delivered and the duty to be paid. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD NEVER TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THIS OR THIS WAS THE REASON FOR THE DELAY.
We waited and waited and delivery arranged but never turned up. Now my cousin who is on honeymoon in Europe for a month. I receive another message from them saying I now had to pay £73 to get the package returned to me in the UK!!!!
I have already paid £40 for it not to be delivered in Thailand.
I think we all know the answer to that one.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY COMMUNICATION IS IMPOSSIBLE EXCEPT ON THEIR TERMS. IF THEY CHOOSE TO GET Back to you. They do not turn up when they say they will. Do not deliver and send out messages unrelated to the actual situation.
MY COUSIN IS MARRIED ON HONEYMOON AND THE HAND MADE BOWLS I SPENT MONTHS MAKING PACKING AND SENDING WILL BE DESTROYED? WHO KNOWS WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THEM OR WHERE THEY ARE.

The Worst Service - But Its Cheap
Parcels are NEVER collected on the booked day or time arranged.
Impossible to contact anyone in customer service. You cannot either confirm a driver is coming or even complain!
Sent over 10 messages and received no replies.
Wasted days waiting all day each day of the supposed pick up on more than one occasion.
NEVER had a good experience and I have foolishly given them more than a few chances.
Q&A
I've used iPost parcels to post my item. Driver collected but it never made it to depot! Contacted the company and they are admitting no liability for this. Can I ask who is this company regulated by?
A parcel has shown as delivered. It hasn't be delivered and the phone number on the Amazon website is incorrect and I have sent 2 emails and not had a reply - has this happened to anyone else?
I have already posted an insurance question but did not note that when you pay for insurance above £25 it is to indemnify them and not you! Anyone seen this in their very difficult terms and conditions?
Hi, sorry, but as you say "T & C" are not as clear as they should be? However, maybe one or two thing's to try? 1)C A B, 2)F T A (Federated Transport Association). Most parcel/freight company's should have insurance cover included in their cost to the customer up to a certain amount (depending on the value of good's being sent)! Perhaps not the answer you were looking for, but you do have legal right's, because it is a legal contract between you & the carrier! Good luck.
I have had months (7) of run around with an insurance claim and getting nowhere. Has anyone ever got an insurance payment from them?
Contact trading standards and inform them of whats happening. They will give you a reference number, forward this number to ilose parcels and tell them you have started a case with trading standards. If they do not respond Trading Standards will step in on your behalf. I would also pay £6.99 and register your own web domain like something similar to ipost except call it Ifaul or Ilose or something like that. Post your plight on there and add the website URL to Google, should give ipost some bad press that they deserve!!
Has anyone tried to claim on the insurance they offer? I did and it took me ages to get a phone number and then the runaround started. "We will call back" and guess what? Suprise.....they didn't. After seven months of trying, I did get an answer which was "sorry not covered". These guys should be exposed by Watchdog etc. Never ever use them!
Just a few facts-
Signed delivery doesnt make any difference!
Any claimed missing items that have been delivered are deducted from the drivers wages not the company!!!
As a previous driver for this diabolical excuse of a business, I obtained a signature for an iPhone 5 within days of its release, the guy phoned up the next day and claimed it wasnt delivered, it turns out he got nothing (he had his phone but was playing on it) and to top it off I had over £500 deducted from my monthly wage.
As for insurance issue's, I would personally report them to the OFT (Office for Fair Trading) and the TSA Trading Standards Agency.
If you live in close region to leeds, wakefield, rochdale basically most of West Yorkshire, your likely being dealt with by the brighouse/ Huddersfield or Leeds branch, the owner is an arrogant sad excuse of a man so I wouldnt waste your time with him.
Personally I hope one day they annoy the wrong person who can afford to sue the life from them.
I had a terrible experience with parcelforce, I arranged for them to pick up a package inside a gated community, I gave them a contact number in accordance with their order forms, but my parcel was never picked up. When I enquired I was told the drivers don't have phones and my parcel wasn't collected, didn't get a call to let me know of the impending difficulties or any email of notification until I started an inquiry. Does Ipost Parcels have a better service?
I had the same experience driver failed to collect after waiting in all day, however I did phone ParcelForce and they politely apologised and arrange for collection that day and would upgrade to 24hour. This they did but its not the first time this has happened and as you say what is the point of giving out your number if they fail to use it
Does anyone have ipostparcels phone number as can not on there sight?
Phone numbers in brighouse are 01484 711377 -07917 353170
