The computer traceroute went through more than 30 hops and timed out, checking the hops to get to you domain. the payment window ran for 20 minutes and never closed the transaction. I cancelled after 20 minutes. If the payment was charged without the getting the report. I will be talking with the administrator of your computer domain. I will not be very satisfied with service. The CSR said that there was a problem at my end. I know better

Went through entire procedure for review of property. Paid the fee, and got a result that they could not find property. Why not tell me that before requesting payment.

Good access to appropriate report to dimensions, location, geography, property value.

Looking for review of property value compared to Zillow estimated value, local sales of homes in my area. Over information was very good and estimate was in price range of other information collected.

I logged looking for comps and I didn't see that .the info that I did get was helpful

happy but wanted owner information. having trouble locating that information. paid for the report but seems incomplete at this time.
