Bolliger Team packed and moved all our belongings from Rome to our new home in UK (more than 260 boxes of furnitures, fragile ornaments, pendants, clothes and various stuffs accumulated in an entire life).

As per our request, it was a “two steps” moving. They moved boxes in a Bolliger storage, and after 9 months circa moved them to the new house unpacking and mounting our furnitures.

Moving could be a very stressful time, but; Bolkiger Team members (in Italy and in UKss well) have been so professional, supportive and kind that we didn’t get stressed at all! They took care of our belongings paying attention to every detail.

They did an outstanding job!

I used their services for a removal from Trieste (Italy) to London. The service has been outstanding from beginning to end, starting with the administrative part to organise dates, times and paperwork to the execution both at pick up in Trieste and delivery in London. Absolute punctuality and outstanding courtesy and professionalism. All goods were delivered safe and in pristine condition.

I rarely write reviews for products or services I have tried, but this time I felt compelled to.

We did a removal from London to Milan.

Bolliger's staff from start to finish were pleasant, fast and professional: from the people in the office answering the phones and emails, to the packers and the delivery crew.

We are a family of 5 and we were worried about taking on a removal so close to the start of the school season. Basically, we were concerned about making sure the kids got settled in before the school started. So our conditions from the outset were:

- we need a speedy turnaround, and

- we need to be certain about dates (so that we could arrange flights etc)

We selected Bollgier because we had heard that they were the experts for Italy. And I can confirm that they are. Their team of packers was composed of both Italians and British staff. My husband is Italian so he spoke to the Italian speaking staff, and I spoke to the British staff. They spent 3 days at our home in Richmond and we had a very pleasant time, tons of smiles. With the people of the office we also had a great rapport, we arranged all our travel plans way in advance so the poor Bolliger team had to work around our schedule, but they were happy to do so.

The delivery team in Milan was just as pleasant and competent as the people in London and reassembled everything brilliantly.... much better than how myself and my husband had assembled the furniture originally!

And to conclude, we didn't have a single damage. We had concerns about the delicate mirrors, but they arrived in perfect condition in fantastic wooden crates (custom made by Bolliger) which we have decided to hold onto for future moves.

All in all I cannot thank Bolliger enough. I have done 5 moves in my life, including a couple of disasters, and by far Bolliger was the best firm I have worked with. I am glad the move is over now, but I know whom we are going to contact when it comes time to move again!

30/05/2014 Bolliger UK were absolutely terrible...... Inexperienced foul mouthed agency crew arrived late with no moving equipment even though our booked move included our grand piano. No promised 'FRAGILE STICKERS'. Arranged moving vehicle was substituted for a a Transit Van on the morning of our move which had to make six trips to move our belongings.Subsequently our packing and moving took EIGHT hours longer than estimated. Our goods did not fit into booked container but we were not informed until SIX days after the container left the UK....We were charged extra customs charges as Turkish Customs regulations only allows for one import of personal goods to be import tax free...our goods came in two deliveries. Final delivery of goods arrived in Turkey after THREE months (Two months later than estimated) WE VERY MUCH REGRET USING AND TRUSTING BOLLIGER.UK.... DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE !!
