Over the last 8 years I have been using Cadogan Tate for international shipping and have never been disappointed.

There are various teams that i have dealt with in the past who have always delivered my shipments on time and with a first class service.

I recently dealt with an amazing team who delivered my shipment on time even with my shipment being short notice. It was picked up and delivered perfectly with no issues at all, always in contact with me and always kept me in the loop.

I have dealt with many shipping companies in the past and can definitely recommend them if you want a high quality service for any type of shipment anywhere in the world.

Definitely pricey, but it worths the price. All my furnitures got wrapped very nicely and Cadogen always provided me updates. Alway get a fast response by the coordinator. It was a very pleasant experience with them.

From start to finish Cadogan Tate were extremely helpful and made themselves available for any questions. The operations team were very helpful at getting the logistics locked in and amended at short notice when required. The removal teams on the ground were thorough, helpful, diligent and I was very impressed with how the teams executed everything and worked so hard.

I have made two major house moves with CT, and both were very successful. The later being more complex as they just moved my home to Spain, and given all the complexities of Brexit requirements, the move was faultless! The office staff made all the planning, itemizing and filing for customs painless. The moving crew were amazing. Careful, fast and efficient. Every piece of furniture was wrapped, protected and labeled. The truck then made the trip, all on time, and with no customs issues as all the paperwork was properly executed. I was apprehensive of this as I had heard about problems at the borders. And the icing on the cake was that CT was so honest with me as our original shipment had included a few items which I then subsequently did not send, and they gave me a refund.

Really happy with the move. Emanuela was so organised and easy to work with. The team that arrived were all very polite, had been well trained and there were lots of them so it made the move day so much easier. Would definitely recommend.

My mother gifted a set of antique sofa and two chairs, plus 3 carpets to my daughter. They had to be shipped to Philadelphia, PA.

We were referred to this company by a high-end real estate agent who was going to rent my mom's apartment in London. So the reference was dependable.

Everyone that we dealt with from the beginning to the end when we got my daughter's shipment safely to Philadelphia, was very professional. They walked us through every step carefully. Some forms required both by the customs in England and the United States at certain point had become very confusing to us. Representative to the rescue! She filled out all the forms for us which I really don't think was part of her job. She did it because she wanted to help us. And, indeed, that was great help. We also had a phone conversation at some point which was extremely helpful. She is friendly and extremely professional.

There were long delays in receiving the shipment but they were due to strikes of the cargo ship's employees and had nothing to do with Cadogan Tate. But she kept us informed at every step of the way.

I did tell her that I would definitely use their company to ship some furnishings I have in London to NYC in the near future.

I interviewed five moving companies in London, before I chose Cadogan and Tate. It was the professionalism and personalization of two people at the start that won my confidence; the first gentleman I spoke to in the office and the representative who arrived at my flat to access the cost of this transatlantic move. I knew after this fifth interview I was going with Cadogan and Tate, though they were the most expensive of the five moving companies I had approached.

I have no regrets with my decision, and I would unhesitatingly recommend this company to anyone moving from the UK to the US. After I agreed to go with Cadogan, I worked with two outstanding women in the London office before and after the move when I was in the States.

Everything in my London flat was packed well by two gentlemen who knew their profession. I had a good deal of china and crystal and nothing was broken when it arrived in America, I might add.

At the US end, there were two gentlemen, as knowledgable and as proficient as the two who packed up everything for me in London, who unpacked everything and discarded all the packing materials. Again, none of my china and crystal was broken when unpacked.

For absolute peace of mind, I wholly recommend Cadogan and Tate. Moving from one country to another, especially when one has been in one place for a long time is particularly anxiety-producing, and these people understand this and appreciate what their customers are experiencing.

It was foolhardy to move from the UK to the US during Covid - between pandemic restrictions, containership, rail and truck shortages the odds were stuck against us.

We were very lucky to hire Cadogan Tate team. Their packers were polite and professional, the account manager cheerfully kept us informed on our progress and crucially the US agent Cadogan Tate has chosen did their job well - from customs clearance to moving and storing our boxes to billing and delivery. Our packing debris was removed and we are happily settling in.

This is not our first shipment of household goods to the US. First time round we chose another well known company. It was cheaper to start with, but ended up costing us a lot more money, stress and upset. The US agent was rude, we were overbilled and we had zero support from the shipper.

Cadogan Tate was worth their fees and when we move again I will not hesitate hiring them.

We are really grateful for a job well done despite difficult circumstances, cheerfully and within the original estimate.
