I booked my multi cities ticket with Hoodaki. I was given higher price so argued why their price so higher then the website prices. The explanation was very misleading. I was looted for £500. I am 73 years a vulnerable senior citizen lost my husband recently and trying to start leaving again. I was sold ticket for way high price. I was shocked when I got itineraries from Delta Airlines. She gave me information in a manner which were unclear, intelligence and ambiguous. She never explained me about extra charges of £500 before booking. Their booking fees is 1% as stated on website. I am not happy with your service @hoodaki . When asked for explanation It is important to note that the fare displayed on the airline's website does not reflect the full cost of your ticket. Travel agency-specific deal fares are not visible on external platforms or airline receipts. These fares often include exclusive terms and conditions, which were thoroughly communicated to you during the booking process email from @Benze Travel. I was never told that there will be extra charge of £500 on top of the ticket and Delta also confirmed that agent has paid price shown on their ticket. I also requested for ATOL certificate several time but to date no response. I have my doubts if this agency is operating properly. Have complaint to the Trading Stander and have disputed my charges under Section 75. My suggestion is not to use them but book directly with the airlines. I am going to take it up with FCA who will conduct a review into how firms are acting to understand and respond to the needs of customers in vulnerable circumstances. They will try to missuse the vulnerability and credulity of the customer.

I booked a flight sometime ago and was told it has been booked. The next day, they rang me to say the airline cancelled my ticket due to overbooking. Since I have the reference number, I searched for it online, only to find out it wasn't valid. I decided to call the airline to see what happened. Gave them the reference number and they said it was non existent.

I got back to hoodaki to tell them what I found out and I want my money back, to my surprise the agent said that they cannot refund me (£700+) and that I should pay them the whole amount because I used their services and the airline has taken the money. Since then, the agent stopped answering my calls, and barely responds to my email. It was a long battle but i have given up already as there is no hope. I have emailed them my evidences that there is no booking made under their reference number but atill nothing. Not sure if they are real travel agents.

Hoodaki travel is only taking your money but when it's come to refund policy do not exist.

I have been waiting since 2020 for my refund. All I get is we haven't heard from the airlines,as soon as we heard will get back to you.

My booking was in April when coronavirus case shutdown. After all here I am waiting for my refund scinc now we are heading to 2024. How long I got to wait to be refunded by hookadi travel & paid to BENZtravel at that time.

I cannot understand,simply why they can't refund the money.

We manged to book a good deal for a trip to Pakistan. Excellent service I definitely recommend..

still don't understand why she didn't tell me about Amsterdam visa. She lied to me,she said to me its fine to go through Amsterdam with student visa. After she have received the flight money. She came back and told me I have to apply for Amsterdam visa. I said to her ok I will try. I did try it but the visa will delay my brother school.

So i told her that uk university has emailed my brother that if he didn't come that week his student visa will be cancelled

She told me I have to amend the flight but i have to pay £299 or something like that but unfortunately we didn't have money again to pay

Because if we pay that amend we don't know how long the Amsterdam visa will take and th university also went him that week. She didn't bother to ask or email KLM about what is the next step. My brother lost flight tickets £699 just like that.

Suspected sham company. I have reported them to Action Fraud and suggest that others do the same also.

My mum booked with them. Paid for the flights. Received email saying E tickets are attached and to check in 48 hours before departure. She does this to find that there is an error. Calls them and they told the flight had been cancelled. Checks with the airline and flight is on time. She was never booked onto it. Hoodaki tells her that for an additional £1000 they can get her on a different flight but she needs to sort visas for traveling through other countries.

I read through their reviews and realise that this happens way too often for this to be a terrible mistake. I think it’s a sham which allows them to keep your money. You cancel - they win as they won’t give full refund (read reviews) you pay more, they win.

Even if they are honest, they are clearly terrible at what they do.

I like everything about the contents of the service. However this is my second or third time with this Hoodaki and I been treated well.

We booked tickets from this agent and we haven’t travel yet but had a very poor experience with agent  not helpful at all but can be very stressful to deal with him. He is not understanding our situation and charging us more money for cancellation fee and other charges. They are very expensive and misleading so we will not use again. I have health and family issues so needed to help to resolve this issues but he was taking disadvantage and disrespectful and unprofessional with us. I’m very stressed out and unhappy with this travel agent. We are going to make official complaint about this. We need help where else we can get help to resolve this issues? We are going to contact trading standards officers.
