Horrible company with abysmal customer service. This company is simply an intermediary. They do not provide accurate information on hotels and the reviews/ratings are totally misleading. DO NOT use this company unless you want to have a miserable travel experience. They offer hotels on their site that are typically 2 stars lower than the ratings suggest. Additionally, they do not offer any last minute customer service options so if you have problems during your trip, be rest assured you are totally on your own. Basically a fraudulent travel advisor, do not use.

My husband & I spent 10 days in Austria in June and it was Wonderful. Everyone at RoutePerfect was great. My husband had some health issues in our first stop Innsbruck so we had to rearrange our departure dates and cancel at stop in Graz. The hotel was very accommodating and let us extend our stay there at the same rate. the people I dealt with were very helpful with this as well as the lady with Instant Travel.

Everything went really smooth and we had no problems with our Hotel Vouchers or unexpected costs.

I love the idea of the website and it's pretty easy to figure out. I love the map sequence next to the destinations and I really like the destination descriptions at the bottom with links to trip advisor; it puts everything in one place. Couple of things I would work on is the auto override after every edit.. At least this was my experience. My trip was set on manual and after every edit it would switch back to auto. Another thing is the time the website took to update (pretty long) but the uniqueness of the website made it worth the wait. The interface is pretty user-friendly although I think the length of the page is long (several scrolls down). I'm currently using this website to plan my spring European trip and it comes in handy when I want to save or share my itinerary.

so far only complaint is cant book air travel from this site. you can select any # of destinations and rearrange order of visitation. once destination is in line up you can click on destination and site will tell you attractions that are there.

Thank you for asking for my opinion on this website. I am very happy with route perfect. I loved the options of being able to choose either car transport, and public transport. The timelines were great, and it gave me some great ideas to start in planning my trip. I will definitely reccomend this product to friends.

I would have loved the option to choose air travel, links to pricing, and ideas for train, or air travel, or reccomended companies, also schedules would be nice. Rules or guidelines, when renting vehicles, or with country to country travel, what should be expected.

Also, would love more suggestions on fun excursions to do, or events that may be taking place during the times selected. Local reviews, or must see restaurants, or can't miss food or beverage items.

I think you have a great product and can grow revenue, by having links to websites for air travel, fun excursions, etc.

Finding routs and making the plans for a trip to any part of the world, takes a lot of time. This method makes it easy putting together all the variables of a trip including not only the places, but the routs and more important its financial aspects. I highly recommend to begging your touristic plans using this amazing toll.

I always wanted to see an interactive solution to my travel plans which route perfect is offering. But there are a few things they will definitely need to add on such as Train Tickets, Flights tickets, room details of hotels, and options for different rooms, food availability in the city where the traveller is going to. Such as Halal/zebeha food available it would be a great site for muslims and Jews if you offer that, right now no website in the world is offering food options for Muslims and jews. Also, Add tour packages excursions in each city. Things to do all should be managed and paid up through Routeperfect Lets make Routeperfect the perfect site as a One Stop shop for all your travel needs.

In the future Route perfect could liase with local agents of different countries in assisting visit visas (just like cox and kings) and really make the site a great time saving and value for money travel destination. There can be more countries too in the list in the future. one step at a time.

I'm new to RoutePerfect, but so far I find this trip planner to be very useful. I really like being able to add the destinations I want to my planner, and the ability to put them in the order I want to visit them. I also like having the feature where they have included important facts and sites with pictures about the destinations in my planner.
