a small party of nine people plus guide plus driver started in the north at Kruger park and after 17 days ended up in Cape Town. tiring but very rewarding holiday. the guide and drivers were great. all very safe thanks to our protective guide. we were taken to places we would not have known about. good hotels/lodges with good breakfasts. good restaurants with good cheap food and wonderful wines. Explore is a company I would recommend to anybody.

This is the second time we have used UW for booking our Riviera trips. The tour was great as was a previous tour to South Africa. What can I say about UW, they know what they are doing and it's so nice to deal with competent people with a discount off the listed price! I will certainly be booking my next trip through them.

I am a little late in writing this review as we booked through U/Worldwide a couple of years ago travelling on a tour to Myanmar. Everything went exceptionally well and when my daughter and partner wished to get married last year, we again booked through U/Worldwide a Virgin Disneyworld Wedding package/holiday for my wife, myself, and the 'Happy Couple' and their two children. We had enormous problems with Virgin covering a whole range of mistakes they made, including the overall price, even up to the day before we departed, but the service from U/W was exceptional and they continually kept me updated and we received a just reduction from Virgin and I'm pleased to say the wedding etc. went smoothly. great way to make savings when booking a leger holiday via unwind i can find no other way of getting a discount even if you pay in full leger offer no discount unwind were able to book our chosen holiday to israel with a discount and get leger to agree to change our flight home to a week after tour ended ( we booked our own acomodation 2nd week )this is the second time we have booked through unwind and will book through them again no hsatation

I requested a pricing on 3 different holidays via the Unwind Worldwide website, ranging from £300 - £700. I got an acknowledgement of my request quite quickly but after 3 days had heard nothing further. I had had time sensitive quotes from another company and wanted to see if Unwind could beat them. I chased them and was asked to email details of the holidays again to a particular person personally rather than the main email, being advised they had had internet problems. I sent the info once more, I got another acknowledgement saying prices would be emailed 'shortly'. 3 weeks after my first enquiry, still not had any quotes from them. I ended up booking through the other site this weekend to avoid losing out on their 20% discount offer. I decided even if Unwind could beat the prices, their apparent lack of interest/extreme slowness to respond made them a company I wasn't interested in dealing with. Maybe if I had been asking after a £5000 holiday they would have been much more helpful and attentive!? Thing is, I plan on booking a high cost holiday next year, but I won't bother with Unwind Worldwide.

A friend, who had booked through Unwind Worldwide before recommended that I try them. Typically I have always booked my holidays direct with the tour operator and have never used a travel agent before. The holiday I was looking to book was Sani Beach in Greece. I already had a quote from a tour operator (sovereign holidays) so I sent it to them at Unwind Worldwide and he beat it by over £200. I compared it to the previous quote and it was completely like for like, same room, same flights, etc - just cheaper!

We returned from this trip last week and can honestly say it could not have been better. Booking was handled efficiently and to our exact requirements and documents were comprehensive and on time. From our arrival in Cairo airport to our departure 10 days later everything went smoothly and safely. We never once felt in any danger and our Egyptian guide was brilliant. He worked hard with us and must have done the same behind the scenes resolving problems like credit card payments, finding ATMs,ordering vegetarian food etc etc. Nothing was too much trouble and no payment asked.

There has never been a better time to see Egypts main sights : we felt that Abu Simbel for example had been closed to the public just so our group of 10 could see it. Tutankhamun treasures we wandered up to and could have stared all day : can't have been more than 30 people in the museum.

Go now - and let Unwind book it for you : you won't be disappointed.

We had a fairly long & fairly fussy list of requirements for our holiday, and didn't have the biggest budget ever. Despite this, Unwind came back to us quickly with lots of different options, and patiently continued with the search until they found something perfect for us. We really didn't want to compromise as having done several holidays with 3 children, we know what works and doesn't work, and in the past have often come home from holiday needing a holiday... The price compared extremely well to quotes from other companies, and as it turned out, we had one of the best family holidays ever, in a great hotel that we anticipate going back to again next year. The admin/confirmation process was all smooth, and we wouldn't hesitate to use Unwind again.
