I switched from our previous provider 3 weeks ago because I kept getting caught out by their extra charges - adding an option to our voice menu costs £2 each time! SpecTronics include everything in one price. They were also really helpful during the migration and pointed out various improvents to our call routing. Really like having a dedicated account manager too because I hate queuing for call centre agents. Slightly frustrating that they cant accept recurring automated credit card payments but have been assured that this is coming soon... I'm happy to wait!
