Sales went down initially but I thought I'd give them time. 7 months later things hadn't improved so I tried to cancel.

This is when I found out what the company are really like. They continued to take money from my debit card after I had asked to cancel and when I requested a refund they tried to tell me that work had already been done for this payment.

I find this strange as the month before I had to chase them up for the work I had paid for (4 weeks after they had taken payment). I was finally sent that content 2 days later.

Use the money for Facebook or Google ads instead. I have and the sales have already improved!

In the meantime I'll keep chasing for my money back.....

They promise everything deliver nothing then when you realise you are being taken for a ride and you want out they try and make you pay a 3 month cancellation fee. Don't sign anything they are a waste of time. Burning your money would be more fun.

I inherited this company from the previous owner, the prices are absolutely ridiculous and when I tried to leave they held my webpage hostage until I paid hundreds of pounds which I refused, my new company helped me by advising to register the domain name in my name, I managed to get it all sorted but honestly DO NOT USE this company what I paid in a year is what Creare were charging me a month!!!!!! There is nothing positive to say about this company at all they are dreadful.

WARNING! Quite possibly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and should be featured on Rogue Traders.

Sold us a £7000 Magento template which was so badly implemented that it was shocking. Almost held at gunpoint to sign off an incomplete website which was missing countless features we asked for.

SEO services produce no results whatsoever as the content is so badly written and they use dodgy sites for backlinks. Our search ranking went down despite spending £700 a month!! We now don't even appear on the first 5 pages of Google.

They completely ignore your emails and never get back to you when you have a question. When you finally speak to them they are aggressive and rude.

The sales staff are pleasant until after the sale and then completely turn their backs on you once you have signed the contract. Their business model seems to be to lie about the proposition and then use the contract as a stick to beat you with.

Now claiming they cannot update our website as they don't do website development anymore. Yet they still actively promote this on their website! They make it almost impossible for you to transfer your website externally.

£20,000 spent to date and our website looks like it was done by a 10-year-old.

If you read the other reviews you will see that it is a common occurrence.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

When it comes to seo avoid Creare. When we first started with them we was ranking quite high on page 2, after 6 months with creare we went lower than page 4 for the same keywords. We tried to cancel the seo and they told us we had to give 3 months notice or be taken to court..Don't use this company you will certainly regret it if you do, waste of money, bad service, don't return calls or emails, simply just another terrible company.

Absolutely disgraceful service. They are great at producing shiny reports and promising the earth but when it comes down actually doing anything they fail miserably. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. When they ruin your website or when you realize they are lying to you it's too late. They will insist that you are tied to a contract and they will start legal proceedings. I spent thousands of pounds with Creare and it was shockingly bad what I got for my money.

As we are a small firm of around 20 employees, Creare have effectively provided us with a much-needed digital marketing arm, taking care of both our SEO campaign and, more recently, the redevelopment of our website.

They have always been at the end of the phone when required, and even gone above and beyond when we've had issues with the hosting of our site, which isn't their responsibility.

Although all of the Creare employees we've encountered have been very helpful, we'd like to highlight and praise the work of Harjeet Kalsi, who has been our most longstanding contact at the company.

Wish I'd found this site before I signed up for SEO. I'm a small business and desperately needed an SEO boost to get more customers. £300 a month, plus the £800 set up fee (not mentioned of course at the start) for 4 pages of badly written text.

My website went nowhere, all the text they suggested read like it was written by a 10yr old.

One year later, £3500 spent and my SEO is WORSE now than when I started. They delivered no results whatsoever.

Avoid at all costs - total rubbish.

My company has been a customer of Creare for over a year now and we would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are extremely friendly & professional who knows his stuff!

If you need a website build, developed and marketed to the highest standard then these guys are the company to go to!

Having used Creare twice now to build my web site I have to say that the service has worsened since last time. They didn't deliver my requests properly resulting in less web pages than I wanted. Also they don't seem to have enough time to check their work properly, I spotted several mistakes in the design. The service is slow, taking a number of months to get my site on line. The sales people are very good but the back room people seem to struggle to deliver. I'm still waiting to here from them for advice on how to work my new site. Overall its fair to say that they may be aiming to provide a good service but they have room for improvement.
