Still Waiting

Still waiting for item to be delivered! No indication on website that it was not in stock. Several emails to chase, given different date each time. Not good customer service

Uselesss At Communication

I purchased a plastic food waste bin from these clowns only to find when it arrived to be broken, locking handle mechanism wondn't engage properly hence when you lift up the bin by the handles it all falls to pieces. Item is flimsy, the plastic is so thin that it doesn't hold anything. Have tried numerous occasions and methods to make contact, but each time get no response. Their contact make, where there is a facility to even send a photograph of the damaged part, doesn't work!! DO NOT CONTEMPLATE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM EUROFICE!!!!

Utterly Useless Bunch Of Clowns

Plain useless in every aspect

- 1 Month delivery time

- Items missing, and charged for.

- Unable to provide invoices

- Unable to provide credit notes

- No basic understanding of accounting from their "accounts team"

- Rude & inadequate customer service.

- Just plain incompetent at running a business

The only positive i can say is that there is a large range of products available on their website.

good luck actually receiving the products after paying for them though.

Unhelpful And Reather Useless

By mistake we bought the wrong printer cartridges. Having noticed this just after two weeks Euroffice refused a refund as it was past its 14 days policy. What stupid people?! We would have bought the correct and more expensive cartridges as replacement and would have certainly bought additional stationary over the coming months. However, rules and stupidity ruled over common and commercial sense. I cannot recommend this company given that there are actually cheaper and more helpful companies around.

Bad Customer Service Attitude

My company tried Euroffice for the first time recently and after ordering the wrong laser product (wrong by one digit), the "customer services manager" was completly inflexible about returnes and stated that I should have read the small print about returns. Although my company understand why it would be difficult for Euroffice to take a return on a wrongly ordered toner (Viking does for example), the customer services manager was inflexible, and didn't seem to care whether we took our business elesewhere or not. Good will on a first order would have been helpful.

So, back to Viking. A little more expensive but great customer service. I don't fly Ryanaire anymore and won't be recommending Euroffice.

Euroffice you should learn that customer service quality and response is more important than a pile 'em high, sell 'em cheap, don't care if you leave us attitude.

Best Prices: Great Service

I hadn't realised but I've now been buying product from Euroffice for almost 5 years. Whenever I need print supplies, I do a quick bit of online research to compare prices and Euroffice always comes out on top. You'd think being the cheapest, their service would be lousy. But not so. I've always been able to reach them by phone easily, they're helpful when I do speak to them and deliveries are always very speedy. Just as well since I'm often in a panic to get something delivered! Never enough time! Not done a review for them before, but high time I think. Thanks Euroffice:)
