Strange at it may seem I had a fantastic service from every department that was involved with my purchase of my new to me caravan I can only say that I had a wonderful time from start to finish and would highly recommend this company if I had to name one thing that upset me it was that the lovely hot chocolate cups should be three times bigger it was a very welcome sight as the weather was a bit cold and dismal well done high bridge 10/10

Absolutely appalling service all round.
Bought a 2004 Autosleeper Duetto in Jan this year.
Only when I collected it was I told that Highbridge had had to replace the windscreen due to a known water leak.
The windscreen continued to leak in Jun on a trip around Ireland.
One day after purchase the fuel pump failed and the staff insisted I had mis fuelled the vehicle! They eventually replaced the pump.
Today I had the van back again from them after a long delay - they say they have refitted the windscreen and both front door seals - the drivers side seal is hanging off the frame and the passenger side has not been touched.
DO NOT purchase from this company - no communication between departments of with the customer.

Faulty Awning
I recently purchased an awning from Highbridge and had only used it 3 times when it developed a fault. I was dreading the process that I would need to go through to get a repair but was amazed at how easy this was.
From my first contact with Highbridge, I thought it was almost too good to be true. He was so helpful, friendly and efficient and he sorted out my issue immediately. I don't think I have ever experienced such an easy and hassle free after sales service.
Thank you so much for taking the stress out of the situation. 100% recommend these guys!
Fantastic After Sales Team
Massive shout out to the after sales team, we went into limp mode on M5 with our motorhome, 200 miles from home and 100 miles from our final destination, we managed to get to Highbridge and cannot put into words how fantastic we were looked after by the after sales team and their technicians. They gave us a courtesy car and worked on our motorhome and told to enjoy our day, we had to stay over night but they made sure we had our motorhome to sleep in, they kept us fully informed, we felt a part of the lovely family that are the after sales team. Thank you so much

Excellent Customer Service
Bought a caravan January this year, delivered to the place we requested on time by a lovely guy who was extremely helpful. We were given a 6 months warranty, after a couple of times staying the toilet cassette broke, I contacted the aftersales was helped by a lovely lady and asked just for pictures and a number that was on the cassette. I was contacted straight away and a new toilet is ready for collection (which was what we requested). I would like to say as an older couple we were given the confidence by Highbridge that they are true to their word when selling vehicles/caravans that they are always happy to help and nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommend this company they do exactly what they say they will do it there is a problem. Well done to you guys from start to finish.

Pleasure To Deal With Highbridge Caravans
We bought a Pennine Pathfinder from Highbridge in Somerset. Everyone at that branch extremely friendly and helpful. It was delivered directly to our pitch in Paignton and the tutorial given to us before delivery made setting up so easy. We had a couple of small issues that we didn’t quite understand and went to the local Highbridge branch in Devon and again everyone was so helpful and gave the advice we needed. We are now all set up and extremely happy with our purchase and the service we have received.

Just bought our first and new caravan from Highbridge Somerset. We have had a few snagging issues to fix, all very small but the service has been exceptional. Dates arranged quickly and P came out today and was great and fixed them all with some extra pearls of wisdom thrown in! Very much appreciate the great customer service. Thank you to the whole team.

Fantastic Service
On leaving a pitch at our campsite in Dorset we discovered our motor mover on our caravan wouldn’t work and we suspected this was because of our leisure battery.
We called Highbridge at Teigngrace who immediately offered to test our battery if we called in on our way home which we did.
The battery needed replacing and Highbridge staff immediately offered to fit a replacement enabling us to return home and move our caravan onto our drive.

Habitation Check
Went for habitation check today and dropped off motorhome at 830am.told it would take 4 hrs or there around .came back to collect van at 1 o'clock with no other customers in reception .we asked gentleman on reception if our van was finished to be told have U had a phone call if no go away for two hours when we went outside our van was on for court .we went back after a while and said it was outside on forecourt to be told it may not have been done. He didn't say he would check and let us know .another lady receptionist said she would check and told us it was ready to take away. We were waiting an extra hour for no reason.because he just couldn't be bothered to check for us this I find very rude as we had a long journey ahead of us this was also the same for another gentleman waiting for his van.he had a four hour drive home that evening and to be waiting when our vans were ready is somebody not doing their job. I shall not return to have any more services needed on my van.to pay £300 for a hab check I expect better service. I'm still not sure weather my van was done.bad service from Highbridge.
Q&A
I purchased my Swift Challenger 530 Caravan in 2010 and have always levelled the van and then put down the corner steadies. Some people say you can use the steadies to level the Caravan would that be possible with this model?
