Ok Movie, Very Entertaining, But Not As Good As Th
Ok movie, very entertaining, but not as good as the other Jurassic park films. T Rex was hardly in this movie and is star dinosaur in other Jurassic park films, and they changed the Jurassic park logo. It's not a park it's a island, unlike other Jurassic park films. This movie overall is pretty good. Hope the next movie will be good as well.

Jurassic Park 3 Is Somewhat Lacklustre In Comparis
Jurassic Park 3 is somewhat lacklustre in comparison to the other two films, but creating a film as good as Jurassic Park would be near impossible, it does at it was meant to do. It fills in the gaps that Steven Speilberg left after the Lost World and it does it in a satisfactory manner. The acting was good, good rather than great, and it made for an intense 80 minutes. Though 80 minutes was far too short for a film of this genre!

Jurassic Park 3 Is Entertaining To View Once If Yo
Jurassic Park 3 is entertaining to view once if you're a fan of the Jurassic park trilogy, but cannot be compared to the original or even the lost world. In short you'll be dissapointed because theirs too much action and none of the magic of the great original.

An Awful Film From Start To Finish, The Story Is U
An awful film from start to finish, The story is unrealistic and uninspiring. This is not a film worthy of the Juarassic Park Name. The only good aspect is the graphics, which are quite realistic, this shows that a lot of effort has gone into the presentation, but it doesn't balance out with the rest of the under average aspects. This franchise should've been left at the Lost World, which while not being as good as the first, was at least enjoyable.

Jurassic Park Was A Classic. The Lost World W
Jurassic Park was a classic.
The lost world was a poor follow on.
It seems that Universal realised that trying to bring back the awe and wonder of the origional was impossible, so they did the next best thing, A big budget B-movie!
This film is very enjoyable and has everything it needs for a good monster movie. It has good characters (Sam Neil reprising his role as Alan Grant brilliantly) that have little in they way of cliche's that develop well through the film.
The dinosaurs are brilliant examples of what CGI can do and the overall atmosphere is very dingy which is what you need for good suspense.
The few downfalls are the lack of death scenes, I know it sounds morbid but this is a monster movie!
The other is the Velociraptors, every time they get more intelligent, its now getting silly. If there ever is a fourth film they will probably be diguising themselves as humans and using laptops!
Overall this film is very good and well directed. John Williams' origional score is well re-used with the new music and the story never lets up.
Enjoy with a big bowl of popcorn.
I have to agree with your comment on the velociraptors, it is indeed a slightly cheesy point in making them more intelligent. Its a shame because this film could've been as good as the 1st one, if Speilberg had directed it.

I Went To See This Movie And Thought I'd Be Disapp
I went to see this movie and thought i'd be disappointed , but i was wrong! A lot of the parts where a dinosaur pops out of nowhere can sometimes give you a bit of a shock. I, personally, didn't like the spinosaurs all that much and there was barly any of the t-rex in this movie (more than likly since its the main dinosaur in the first 2 movies). The velocoraptors are back in this though. The story is a husband and wife want to go to siteB in an aeroplane to see the dinosaurs and want Alan Grant togive them the tour. He agrees and they go but they end up landing on the island and get attacked by the spinosaurs . They take off but crash. The husband reveles that they are really looking for their son who went missing on the island on a paragliding trip. The teradactols part in the movie makes them seem really vicious. If you liked the first movie and thought the second one was alright then this is a must buy. If you liked the first one but not the second this is a must buy. Basically this is a must buy, so......BUY IT!

I Love Dinosaurs, And I Love All Three Jurassic Pa
I love dinosaurs, and I love all three Jurassic Park films. They all take a different look at the idea's involved with the Jurassic Park project. After "The Lost World" I wasn't sure where they could go, but they have managed to make this 3rd part fresh and new, while still exploring similar ground. The action begins at the beginning and continues until the end. You can spot visual details on the Island that are exactly how they were left in Part 2, which made it great for us die hard JP fans. The plot and outcome was a little predictable, but what else can you expect, it's a dinosaur movie. The acting was the same as any other Jurassic Park film: sometimes over the top, but I think you need that in a family adventure movie such as this. My reason for a 4 star rating was the new Spinosaur: it stole T Rex's thunder. The king of beasts was belittled. :( Also, he was a bit too pivotal for a dinosaur that not many have heard of. I expected something new... but it was Spinosaur again. However, I loved the new elements brought to the Raptors, exploring the evolution of the beasts and giving us something else to "talk" about. The pterosaurs were amazing, easily one of the best parts of the film. It is worth seeing for this alone. It is a must for fans of dinosaur movies, and for anyone looking for an exciting family adventure movie. The kids will love it. I'm just waiting for the DVD boxset of the trilogy. :)

In A Similar Vein To Jurassic Park 2, This Sequel
In a similar vein to Jurassic Park 2, this sequel has incredible special effects but none of the thought-provoking plotline of the original 'Jurassic Park'. In JP the story warned of the dangers of playing God with Nature, in Jurassic Park 3 this idea is ignored in favour of more 'scary dinosaur scenes. That said, however, the film is tightly paced and the set pieces are very exciting. The capable actors all give very watchable performances, but the often clich d script doesn't give them the opportunity to give greater depth to their characters. The real stars of the film are the dinosaurs, which are scarier, smarter and more realistic than ever. If you're in the mood for a dose of unthinking action-packed fun, then Jurassic Park 3 is just what you're looking for.
