I Recently Booked With Stephens Green Travel To Go
I recently booked with Stephens Green Travel to go to the World Cup in Japan (they specialise in sporting tours).
Despite having booked 2 months in advance we still had to collect our travel documentation at the departure airport.
Things went really down the pan after we had confirmed our return flight 3 days before departure.
On the morning of departure we went to the airport mentioned on our travel documents and the airport in Tokyo which we had confirmed 3 days earlier.
We were unaware that that flight had been cancelled and another arranged for a different airport an hour and a half and 140 quid away by taxi. We (and several others) just made the flight.
They still have not admitted they were at fault and refuse to refund our taxi fare.
