BMW 3 Series 320 Ci Coupe

Had mine for 5 years from 40K to 130K Miles

Straight 6 engine is exceptional and sounds good too. However, for this very good reason you will be tempted to get the revs high (where the torque lives). The chassis is as about as rigid as they get and really well balanced (for a big block up front)

It's not a great car for motorway as it is firm and when under the speed limit can be quite hard. A little faster and it really settles down. I found myself taking A and B roads just for the pleasure of hammering round corners. Once you get to know the car it can really do the "rails on the corner" stuff and has enough power to whiz itself straight again.

Good for fun driving- less good for long commutes

Had a 4 cylinder BMW before and did not rate it at all...far too slow. This straight 6 is a great drive. Not lightning quick but plenty quick enough for the road. Very smooth and built like a tank.Holds the road like nothing else. This is a drivers car who enjoys the pleasure of just driving for the fun of it. I have the m sport which I highly recommend especially with the staggered wheels. Superb handling...it just wants to go faster...!

There is nothing that I don,t like about it. Just a great looking car. MPG not the greatest but I am not exactly pootling about...

Bought my 320 CI SE last october and i love it..it drives really well,engine sounds so smooth and looks stunning in silver.I just have a question about the interier..all these models appear to be leather seating but mine are cloth seats,did they do both cloth and leather? my BMW is auto and is a 2002 plate..does anyone know if that would have anything to do with it? paula :-)

Bought my 320 2.2 ci over 2 years ago.what a motor,can`t tell anybody who will listen how reliable it is,put it up for sale a year ago,but didn`t advertise,didn`t want to,but plenty of interest,over owning more than 40 cars so far,bmw havn`t failed to deliver,jees,if you want a quality car look no further,whatever guise you want one in,BUY IT...!!!

Had this car for about 9 months now, and I have to say that is absolutely beatiful to look at and to drive. This is only my 3rd car and I can safely say that its the best so far! My previous car's have lasted a year at the most before I wanted something new, but I can see myself having this for sometime. I frequently get 25mpg and I do like to put it to the test every now and again. Its got plenty of space in the back for passengers, baby seat, shopping, anything really. The boot fits my golf stuff, the missus' shopping, or my fishing gear quite easily so has plenty of room. I have to say that everyone that has seen it, admires it, and it frequently turns heads when out and about. When thinking about getting a new car I also looked at - Mazda RX8, Lexus is200, Mercedes, Subaru impreza, and Mitsibushi Lancer - and I have to say that I am absolutely thrilled that I chose the 320ci! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new car similar to the above mentioned.

having moved to the UK from Australia 2 months ago,i was looking for a reliable,late model sports car.the 320 coupe fit the bill nicely.smooth engine and solid road holding.17" wheels give sporty feel without being to hard.i enjoy every minute behind the wheel even in traffic jams! had a chip remap,now comfortably reaches 140mph+ im moving back to Australia in two tears and will be taking it with me!

Having had this car for almost 10 years,i can say that it is a very good car.At first it performs well,its handling is great(though you have to be a bit careful in really slippery roads because it rear wheel drive),and the interior is of excellent quality.I have done 150000 km,and the only problems i had so far,are a broken airbag sensor,and a noisy window when i close it.The 6 cylinder's engine sound is lovely,oh,and be careful cause it is really low,and a bit difficult for tall people to get in the car.It is a great car,i recommend it.

The BMW 3 Series 320 Ci Coupe is a great car! I would like to recommend it to all that are looking for a nice and high performance two door that would like to do a great buy.

Bought from new. Had the BMW 320Ci for five years and nearly 90K miles. Generally very pleased. Comfortable car and very spacious in the back for three people. Rear seats fold to give a space that I can get a cycle into (wheels removed). Good performance from 2.2l straight six engine, giving 33.6mpg (petrol). Top speed is more than enough and continues to accelerate beyond 120mph. Extensive air bags and three point belts for all seats.

The BMW 3 Series 320 Ci Coupe has very good handling but noisy during drive, bad aero, ignition coils gone 3 times!!!

electrical faults constant!!!
