They ran out of 400mg Ibuprofen tablets and think a 6 month wait is ok? I think not! It wasn't the fact they ran out that bugged me, it was their apparent lack of interest and general unhelpfulness which I found annoying. I have been a Pharmacy2U customer for years, but this incident and the way it has been handled has left me feeling quite put out. I have actually been with P2U since they first started and was always a loyal customer - I'm just confused by their lack of interest.

I was looking to purchase a months worth of patches and was due to purchase them from Sainsburys as there were on offer. However, when i went to get them they were normal price again. Long story short, i googled nicotine patches online which lead me to a comparison website which lead me to you. I chose to purchase from Pharmacy2U because it was a UK website address, the price was lower than supermarkets and the delivery time was good. I was nervous purchasing these online but they arrived well within the delivery date stated and in good condition. As I wasn't home the day of the delivery, the driver allowed a stranger who was parked on the kerb outside my house, to sign for the package. The driver then left my package at my front door-not round the back for some strange reason. By the time I returned from work, the package was nowhere to be seen. It took a week of investigations to figure out what had happened. We can only guess that the package was stolen by the unknown person who signed for it. That was about 3 weeks ago and i'mstill waiting for the claim to be sorted out. I'm £35 out of pocket and still have no cat food! What I will say is that the staff in the office who dealt with my query were extremely helpful. If it wasn't for them, I wouldnt place any more orders.

I ordered goods and paid extra for next day delivery thinking that would be the case. I waited for nearly two weeks for my goods as they were out of stock. There should have been notification straight away that item was out of stock rather than making one pay extra for next day delivery. I didnt even get an apology or real explanation or refund of at least my extra payument for next day delivery. Really poor!

Website not the best looking, but this company had ALL the products we needed which not even the major street chemists had. Prices are OK, not heavily discounted but not above the RRP either. My only grip was that the company stated free delivery over a certain value order. I had a big order so hit this limit easily, but was then charged a fee for delivery anyway as the physical size of the order (i only ordered creams) was classed as 'heavy and bulky'. Therefore, i'd be surprised if anyone actually gets the free delivery!

I was advised by Paxton cold cap manufactures to use a 5.5ph shampoo following my chemo and cold cap (to reduce hair loss associated with chemo). Pharmacy 2U was the only place I could find such a shampoo. I ordered around midday on the Friday and in arrived in the Saturday post! Living where I do in a remote part of the west coast of Scotland this is amazing service. I can't praise you enough, certainly the best service I have ever received and I use internet shopping a lot. I shall certainly use Pharmacy 2U again. Many thanks

I placed an order online yesterday, 2 hours later i received an email saying that my order has been cancelled. There was no explanation for this; i tried to call the help line but the phone gave an engaged sound and there was no answer. This happened several times; after which i gave up trying to contact Pharmacy 2u. I managed to find the goods elsewhere at the same price. I then receive an email today asking if i was happy with the service and that Pharmacy 2u hope my experience was positive...not happy and very negative.
