I have ordered from Bunches several times! They never failed to satisfie me! Delivered on time, good quality and fantastic prices! They also have a good website and its easy to use! They always replied to my emails promptly and came out of their way to help me!

I ordered some flowers for my mother in law for her 50th birthday, what arrived was nothing like the picture on the website, the stems were dry, no water, flowers were limp and the quantity was an insult for the £23 I had paid. I emailed them straight away saying that I felt embarressed, and that I had read peoples reveiws AFTER placing my order and that I was not alone in my dissappointment. I made it very clear that should the matter not be rectified TODAY (yesterday) then I would be contacting trading standards and advertising standards as what arrived was not what was advertised in quantity or product. I also said that I would be making my feelings known about bunches.co.uk on facebook and twitter... They e-mailed back apologising and offered to resend the flowers or a full refund. I opted for the refund and received a confirmation e-mail this morning that the money has been returned to my account. I hope you guys get some compensation for your troubles too.

Not delivered on time even with advance booking,no communication from them but they took my money straight away via PayPal.I am currently trying to sort this out,still no communication from Bunches. Second time they did not deliver on time,would not recommend and would avoid!! Easy to use website but difficult to contact them in person.

ordered mothers day flowers. they never arrived. sent an email, no reply. tried calling, no reply. luckily, i paid through paypal and should get a refund. they still havent even replied to the paypal claim, over a week later. bunch of frauds. DO NOT USE! syd.

Ordered flowers on the wed for a friend whos mother had passed away. After constant chasing, no one would email bak, live chat doesnt work!!! So called flowers arrived on the sat, in a box, no water left, DEAD!!! Absolutely appalling, the only wsy this 'business' is still running is because no one can call them ad no telephone contact!! I have since enailed demanding a full refund and fresh bouquet of flowers delivered to my friend whos nother had passed away!!! She opened the door to a dead bouquet . . .

this is the second bunch of flowers i have recieved, first ones of my son for my birthday and second bunch of my daughter for mothers day. i am very happy with both bunches and will reccommend you to my friends

Was the receipient of a bunch for Mother's day..which is on Sunday, bought by my dear husband. Arrived today (Friday) with stems as dry as anything. Flowers browning at edges and tulips flopping! Husband phoned up and told(very rudely) that if need refund will have to post the flowers back to them (as how did they not know if we were being liars and trying to get a free bunch!!!). Their welcome letter says.... 'no quibble guarantee if not 100% happy with your gift you'll receive a replacement bouquet or your mony back' They have therefore broken their guarantee and demonstrated the worst kind of customer service. Not being harsh but the flowers are petrol station quality...would get better from a supermarket!

Have used many times, and recipients have been delighted. Good value, Choice, speedy delivery and service. This mothers day sent two stem orchid with ceramic pot, card and chocolates which arrived the next day in Guernsey. You also receive credit points when using for your next order.

I have used bunches.co.uk for about 3 years now and I have to say they have been brilliant. I am sad to hear all of these negative reviews. I am either very lucky to of had such good service or the other customers are just unlucky. I have even used them whilst serving in the Falklands to get flowers delivered to my wife and they have always been spot on. I will continue using them and i highly recomend them.

I ordered a bunch of roses for my very ill fiancee for valentines a more than a few weeks prior to the date, i texted my loved one at 3.30pm on the 14th to see if she had received them, the answer was no. I called Bunches to see what had happened and they said that the courier ( fedex ) has tried to deliver, but it had failed. this confused me greatly since i knew the recipient had been home all day. I queried this and the lady on the phone said I needed to talk to fedex, gave me their number and my tracking number. I called fedex and they 'informed' me that they has tried to deliver and left a card ( at 15.27 ) this was untrue and its pretty obvious either the driver has lying or they had tried the wrong address ( although additional directions were given to bunches at point of order ) now here's the rub - had it been bunches ( the fedex account holder ) that had been bothered to chase this on my behalf something could have been done about getting the delivery there on the day, as it was by the time I had finished talking to fedex and got back in touch with Bunches they said it was too late to get the roses there on the day ( although it says on the order can be delivered any time up to 7pm!! and i called them for the second time at 5.15pm ) All in all a very bad experience, the lack of proactivity in their customer service was astonishing, had they had the wherewithal to take my call and then deal with the issue themselves ( as I do when a similar situation arises in my retail business ) rather than just giving me the details and passing the buck onto the courier none of this would have happened. Its a great shame, they have lost my custom, and the custom I could have brought them had they given me the service I would expect and give to my customers.

Ordered an azalea basket for delivery on 15th December. Today is the 19th December 2011 and nothing has arrived. On phoning customer service, my order number brings up an unrelated name (Michael Palmer???) and now the azalea basket is out of stock. I have had to phone my elderly Grandmother to establish that the goods have not arrived (thus completely spoiling any surprise factor) and now the alternative I have been offered (a basket with a cyclamen and a snowman) really won't be to her taste. I have not been offered a refund, and I really wonder if the goods will ever arrive. AVOID!!

The flowers delivered bore no relation to the pictures on the web and I was disappointed for my wife. They were quick to deliver, a day early in fact. Would have been better if they had delivered on her birthday instead of the day before, but saying that I would rather she was disappointed the day before her birthday rather than on the day itself. Some stems were broken and overall the quality was poor. I could have got a much better bunch at a supermaket for less than half the price. Will never use them again.

I ordered a bunch which was well priced but failed to deliver on day specified which spoiled the surprise. They did email to apologise and the flowers were delivered the next day. However, i had to contact the recieient to ask if they had arrived which spoiled things.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day for my Mum using this company for the first time. They arrived on time, but my mother thought the box they came in was probably worth more than the flowers! Quantity of flowers was poor. I too feel I could have bought the same flowers from a Market for less than a third of the price. A waste of money and cannot recommend to anyone nor use them again. Very disappointed.

I have to agree, lovely box all excited then I looked at the flowers. As they were a gift I do not know how much they cost but could buy for £3 at a supermarket.

Brought flowers for mothers day. Paid extra to ensure they were delivered in time. Delivery was fine however the flowers were very dull. It was a tiny bunch of flowers and a total waste of money. I have since had to go back out to buy a proper bunch of flowers. I paid less, and got more! I would not recommend.

After fiddling through a poorly designed website I found the perfect bunch of flowers. Ordering was easy and the items were good quality once delivered (on-time) Would have given 5* if the website looked like it belongs in the 2010's instead of the 1990's.

The flowers were ordered for my mums birthday, they arrived on time as expected but I was gutted at the value for money, my brother had bought her some flowers off the market for £4 and they were much fuller and nicer than the ones I had bought. Really dissapointed, dont waste your money!

Got there in time for my grandma's 80th Birthday. She loved the flowers, found them well wrapped, in good condition and loved the free chocolates with it. Haven't seen many flowers cheaper- good value at Bunches. Would recommend to anyone.
