We had a super day at Waterfall Day Spa. The staff made us feel very at home and took time to explain how the day would run. I had a facial and body treatment and the rest of the day I was able to lounge around in different parts of the spa. The spa has a great atmosphere and the whole day was very relaxing.

The customer service was appalling and lunch was disastrous. I had been given a time of 1pm, but it was at least half an hour later that I was seated, and many other ladies were in the same position. The main waitress was utterly clueless. She seated people at dirty tables and had to be asked to clean them. I had to ask for bread three times, before it finally arrived - at the end of my meal! She may have been a temp, but there should have been proper senior staff supervising her.For the price paid, I was extremely disappointed. I have been to many spas and this is the first time I have emerged so flat, and more stressed than when I got there! I would not go again and I would not recommend this spa to anyone.
