Moneybackmadness Is A Cashback Site That Hasn't Re

Moneybackmadness is a cashback site that hasn't really kept up with modern times.

It operates by sharing cashback earnt 50-50 with you. Given that sites such as Quidco and Topcashback offer 100%+ cashback, this could mean you lose quite a bit of money in cashback. There are very few, if any, sites on here that you can't find on one of the reliable 100% sites.

This used to be a site where you could get a good few daily clicks, but now there is only one for 1p, which would take about 10 years clicking every day to reach a payout threshold.

Other sites offer paid surveys and more clicks to be able to top up your balance, but sadly these are lacking on Moneybackmadness.

Another review on here states you can get £10 for joining, and another £10 for recommending a friend - this has now dropped to £5 for referrals.

One feature this site used to have that I haven't found anywhere else was a daily competition - bonus ball, cluedo, battleships, etc - that could win you up to £2.50 (only payable if you reach the threshold without the prize value, and used to be £5 - a sign the site is struggling) - however this has been dropped because of 'maternity leave' and I suspect it won't make a return. The only competition still running is 'find the money monster' which could win you 10p (although you would be lucky to get one win a month, because even if you find him doesn't guarantee you any money)

Payment threshold for your first payment is £35 (actually £25 because of the £10 joining bonus) and this can be reduced to £20 after your first payout. This compares to a £1 threshold at Quidco, and a 1p threshold at topcashback. They also have only one payment run a month, where other sites process payments more often.

I would be surprised if this site is still going in a couple of years because online customers are more savvy to the best deals, and money talks. Because the site offers such a poor rate of cashback, and high payment thresholds, I wouldn't have thought it is worth your time joining this sinking ship.

I Think Moneyback Madness Is A Fun Site And Will C

I think MoneyBack Madness is a fun site and will come in very handy for Christmas. They have over a 1000 retailers and they have pretty much all the ones I use! This site is a serious money saving site, but with a fun side. I know it sounds too good to be true, (I didn't believe it at first), but it basically works by them being paid advertising costs by the retailers and this is split with us!
