Paid £16.95 to unlock a Galaxy Note 4 I bought off eBay. Got an email the day after saying my order had been approved, so I checked the website for the status of my order and the unlock code was about halfway down the page. Put my Three SIM into the phone, turned it on and entered the unlock code. "Unlock PIN successful" and I was in!

Worked flawlessly, impressed with how quickly I got the code (next day) and the price isn't that bad really.

This is terrible company do not use they failed to supply a code and 2 weeks later still no refund.Save yourself grief do not use.

On 20th October (2013) I filled out mrunlock's online request form and paid them £19.95 to supply me with an unlock code for my old T-Mobile contract phone - a Nokia Lumia 800. They happily took my money and processed it through Skrill. On 21st Oct, they asked me for the make and model of my phone - which they said that they could not determine from my IMEI number. Strange - I had already given them that detail in their form - can't they read? I replied the same day and gave them the detail requested.

I then waited till 29th Oct, hearing nothing from them. I created an account, and also tried to phone them on their Support line. That proved pointless, as they just have a message set up on their answerphone, telling you that the phone support is currently unavailable (which works out to almost 3 weeks that it has been "unavailable" in this case). If necessary, they say, you should contact them by email on [email protected], and they would reply within one working day. Yeah, right! Not very likely I would say, from experience. The next day (28th), I tried again. I was polite, and asked if they would please update me on the status of my order. I received no response - no more surprises there. I tried calling them again by phone, in the vain hope that they might actually respond - stupid of me, hey? I received the same recorded message.

I then wrote to them again on the 29th Oct, politely saying that as they obviously had neither the ability or intention to honour their agreement to supply me with an unlock code, then they should return my money. It is now 6th November, and I am still awaiting a response, let alone my money.

Oh well - time to talk to my Credit Card supplier and Skrill. I believe they should be able to assist in a case like this.

There are few things that I detest more than those who take what is not theirs. In this case, my other pet hate is people whose word means nothing ...

I submited all required data for unlocking a NOKIA C2-01 paying £ 4.95 by credit card.

After certain amount of time I get the answer that the code was not found !

"Total unlock solutions available today . . . 0

YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL.

Your order details have already been passed to the accounts department, your refund will be completed within the next 7 days."

Unfotunately NO refound at all has taken place.

I think this is NOT a fare trade and for this reason I will certaily not recommend mrunlock to anyone !

There are so many unlocking services! Find something better !

They take your money and dont deliver anything, they even want your ID??

paid the money. No unlock code. No money back. Site liar!do not respond to letters!

This company is a joke... I paid £25 they took the £25 and I still did not receive my unlock code... After a couple of days they requested a copy of my drivers license as they thought it may be fraudulent. I replied saying I don't see why they would need it as they have already taken my money but if they could explain to me why exactly they wanted it wouldn't be a problem... 4 emails later and no reply! This company is a joke! Avoid at all cost! I would've given no stars but there's no option for that!

They offer a service that they unable to supply, this is false advertising and you will see many customers who have placed orders who have reported these people under the trade description act.

This company needs to be shut down ASAP.

There are a number standard communications they will send to you one of them is the following :

They state that they will produce your number in 2 days and when you have not received it they will tell you that there's been an issue with the order and they need to re-submit it manually

Ring the help line on the site and you will not be able to speak to anyone because they are stealing money from unsuspecting people like you.

If you need your cell phone unlocked go to your carrier Orange,O2 etc and ask them to produce the unlock code you will not pay more money and they will guarantee delivery. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
