Never Again! The Flight To Aruba Was 3h Late,
Never Again!
The flight to Aruba was 3h late, the returnflight 4h. Several people experienced diarrhoe after the rubbish meal. the worst is the cabin personel, they were unfriendly and aggressive. I asked for a blanket and the stewardess was laughing and then throw the blanket to me. Several people complained about the behavior of the personel on both flights.The planes are too old,even if you do not need entertainemnt or good treatment- this airline should be stopped from working.

Martinair Flight From Amsterdam To Orlando Was The
Martinair flight from Amsterdam to Orlando was the worst flight experience of my life, the seats were so uncomfortable as they had changed the seating from 2-3-2 to 2-4-2 as the extra row had been added there was no room for movement at all it was so bad that most passengers tried to stand for the whole journey The crew were bad mannered, unhelpfull, rude and down right scruffy. As the seating rows were so tight the crew could hardly get passed and regularly bumped hard into passengers arms, they made no apology either. Food was at an all time disgusting IF they had any left! I was told here is pasta thats all thats left!! When i opened it it was just a solid mass of glue like pasta and spinach with no sauce, i gave it back and said it was inedible the crew member just shrugged. I can not believe i was stupid enough to pay good money for that flight.NEVER AGAIN

I Have Just Returned From Orlando. Our Party Of T
I have just returned from Orlando. Our party of ten travelled with Martinair and after reading some of the reviews on this site we were VERY worried. But, both flights were excellent, on time, and the cabin crew were exceptionally friendly and helpful. This is a budget airline - you get what you pay for. Our flights were considerably cheaper than any others flying in this half term week, so I think we had good value for money. There was a problem with our online check in, but KLM sorted that out for us after a couple of phone calls. We bought one in flight entertainment system for 15 euros and my teenagers took it in turns to watch a film, but they had their ipods etc as well. The food was OK. The seats are the distance apart you expect in economy - my 6' 2" boys managed without complaining. We could have upgraded to comfort class, but didn't think we needed to. I'm sorry that other reviewers on this site have had a bad experience - but we were fine and I would fly with Martinair again.

Martinair Should Be Shut Down!!! First Of All, Do
MARTINAIR SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! First of all, don't count on being able to sit with the people you actually booked the flight with, including your spouse. When you ask if you can change your seat, be prepared for them to tell you "That's just how it is..." When you check in at the gate, be prepared for mass chaos as NO ONE knew what the hell was going on... The flight attendnants were snotty, catty and downright rude. The airplanes are old, hot and slow and they are so cramped that even someone of small stature can be made to feel claustrophobic. Apparently, since they are an "economy" airline, they don't have their own international gate at MCO in Orlando, so there again, be prepared to fetch your luggage, check it again, retriev it again and then go through another round of security, shoes off, no liquids, the whole nine yards, EVEN THOUGH YOU JUST GOT OFF THE FREAKING AIRPLANE IN WHIHC THE AIRLINE SECURED YOUR LUGGAGE... Trust me, this was not my first rodeo and I know how to be treated when flying, even if it's not first class. Spend the extra money and find an airline that cares about you!

This Is The First Time I We Have Travelled With Ma
This is the first time i we have travelled with Martinair and i couldn't have been treated any better. We found the staff at the airport great and so obliging. When we travelled it was the time of the Volcanic ash incident and we were delayed in Orlando for an extra week. Martinair rep at the airport made our lives so easy with arranging a hotel for this extended period and keeping in constant touch regarding getting us home on a flight. The airport manageress Marianne acted so professional and couldn't be anymore helpful. I would like to say a huge thankyou to her for this. I would certainly travel with Martinair again. Mr D Welsh.

Booked Miami to Venice months ago with Martinair. Now I find they cancelled the flight..costing us nearly $1000 more and horrible routing. I would swim before booking with them again.

When Going To Curacao With Martinair There Was A 6
When going to Curacao with Martinair there was a 6 hour delay due to having technical issues the previous day....Then when coming back to Amsterdam there was a 30 minute delay due to de-icing the airplane..but the landing in amsterdam was super smooth incredible landing....in curacao again...incredible landing they turned extremely close to the runway and yet landed perfectly....i would fly Martinair again for sure. Don't have excess baggage more than 25 kilos, overweight charges are super expensive.

From Toronto To Amsterdam And Return, On Schedule
From toronto to Amsterdam and return, On schedule flight on both directions, friendly staff, good food, spacious seats. On our way to Amsterdam, I got my seat in the row behind my wife. On the way back to Toronto, I brought the issue up to the check in lady and she gave us two seats in the comforst class with no extra charge. Two thumbs up.
Very happy with Martin Air. will definitely fly with it again and highly recommend it.

I Was Flying Martinair From Mia To Ams And Back On
I was flying Martinair from MIA to AMS and back on the way to Miami 4 hours late and back 7 hours late with making a STOP IN CANADA that we even didn't know about!

I Found Martinair Through A Web Search. They Don'
I found Martinair through a web search. They don't heavily promote themselves, so I was a bit hesitant when I first learned about the company. However, I gave it a try after reading the reviews and will definitely fly them again. The flight attendants had fitted, snappy uniforms that looked good and make a good impression about Martinair. The best thing was "there are no bad attitudes" from either staff or passengers. My fellow passengers appeared to be good people looking for economical travel, not bargain hunters who wanted to pay nothing and then expect first class treatment. The meals were acceptable, similar to a home-cooked meal, which I would much rather have than a pretty looking plate with no food. Interestingly, even though Martinair offered extensive bar service, hardly anyone used it, even though the prices were inexpensive. I think Martinair has a policy of hiring good people and trying to keep them, which makes all the difference in the world.
