Send my faulty phone back after 2 weeks and asked for replacement/money back

Response was I'd caused damage myself so wouldn't repair.

Absolutely lies. Now trying to get phone back from them...don't use!!

Voiding warranty

They have decided that their faulty iPhone was damaged by me and voided the warranty. I CAN ONLY SAY IT WAS NEVER EVER DROPPED.

I am taking them to court.

They sent the phone in an envelope They had a warranty but have voided it saying I dropped the phone.

They take money and goods and never return them

*IMPORTANT* I purchased a iPhone 8 Plus 16/02/24 which was faulty, would not turn on even after a 24h charge. sent back to exchange for 2nd iPhone.within 24h it started to freeze.i reset the phone but continued to freeze every day. Apple customer support confirmed software fault. i Reported fault 01/03/24 and was to return for refund. My very sick wife who is END OF LIFE was taken ill and in critical condition. I could not get home to post iPhone back until i returned home for a days rest on the 02/04/24.i kept seller fully updated with my situation, THEY SAID "POST WHEN YOU CAN". the iphone was delivered to them on 04/04/24, tracking number QZ712669220GB.THEY NOW REFUSE TO REFUND US AND HAVE THE IPHONE I RETURNED.

Bought an iphone, within 4 months it had a fault on screen. Sent it back under warranty (at my cost), Handtec said there was no fault despite screen not working at times (intermittent fault) had to pay for them to return phone. Within a day screen was faulty again. Sent back to Handtec (again at my cost) and they said no fault. I have provided photographic and video evidence of the phone screen glitching.

It had a warning that non-genuine screen had been installed.

Handtec were very unresponsive and have still not fixed fault. Despite at least 5 requests, no one has phone me to discuss. The company has no phone number on website to call.

When they said the phone had no faults, i asked them if they would buy the phone off me for the same price as they said they would on their website - £150. They only offered me £75 for the phone, which is what they pay for broken phones - however they said the phone isn't Broken.

Issue started in December 2023 and Handtec have still not sorted the phone as of March 2024. Warranty not worth the paper it is written on.

“Bought a refurbished xr off this company, now the icu unit has broke after 4 months they saying warranty void because of the battery has been changed why would I change the battery after 4 months they want £30 off me for them to send the phone back to me!!! Do not trust this company I am going legal with it, if I don’t get it back. Furious is not the word ????????????seems odd they always email back after 9pm as well…

Was bought an refurbished iPhone for Christmas

Didn’t work properly from day one

This was due to the fact it was not a genuine iPhone screen

Tried to get refund no chance

Took to independent mobile specialist and he confirmed was not genuine

Replaced it for me and it works now

They do not try and help and if you read the real reviews you would not want to deal with them even if I’d sent it back I am sure it would have cost me more money as they continually said it was a genuine screen

Sent BLACK iphone XR for recycling at agreed price of £160, 12 days later informed phone is damaged and offer is now £95, requested return and received WHITE iphone XR which doesn't turn on. Informed customer service Nd told not our problem

On the second failure the battery expanded and pushed the screen away from the unit, this can't be safe? I have asked for a refund but they just keep replacing the cheap battery and returning it. I will never use this company again!

Handtec have read my review and are now trying to get me to remove it by offering me a partial refund.

A partial refund for a phone that was never fit for purpose!

Totally a sham company. AVOID THIS COMPANY! I sent my Samsung phone to them as they said if it was in good condition and working they would pay £107 (my phone was in A1 condition with No marks or scratches.)

Once Handtec received my phone they revised their offer to £61 saying it had dents and scratches. (Total RUBBISH) Once I replied and said please return it. They then said “Oh, we have now sent it to another engineer and would like to offer you £81”! REALLY??

At this point I just wanted my phone returned as it was clear they are shamming people. Eventually I got my phone returned and sure enough it is spotless and in A1 condition! AVOID THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!
