Don't Trust Them..
I bought a hugo boss watch from Brent Cross branch and paid for the sterling care for 5 years. After two years my watch got stolen in my gym and they refused to replace my watch. Because there was no witness or cctv where my watch was stolen.
Even the store manager 'mark' lies about the policy and only tells you the positive points.
Dont trust what they say. I would stay away.

Excellent service in Glasgow goldsmiths (code 214) we were treated to a glass of wine while browsing the shop. The store manager [name removed] and his team were extremely helpful and had a great laugh and shopping experience.

I would like to thank Chris in location code 208 in Northern Ireland. I was over from Scotland staying with my friend and had a problem with one of my rings. I did not purchase this ring from any of your branches. The sales assistant asked what the problem was and he said he'd have a wee look and also took my other rings which were pretty minging and said go you and get a cup of tea then come back. I did so and in turn went back to find my ring fixed and them all sparkley and new again. I was really delighted and went and bought him a wee chocolate. Chris did not need to have done this for me and this was last November. Didn't do this feedback thing before as I lost the feedback card with location code and his name on it. He and indeed the girls in the the shop were all lovely, warm and welcoming and he made my day. Many thanks from Paula from Fort William in Scotland xx

My partner wanted to buy me a Christmas present so he took me to the Goldsmiths store in Portsmouth, code 149. The assistant, Jeani, was most helpful,she understood very quickly the sort of thing that I wanted and once I'd found it that was it! We left as two very happy customers.

Teddy Bear
I live in Darlington and have always had very good service from the staff, they have given good advice and been very helpful. At the moment I am in the process of having some earrings made. They ordered the stones and showed me them before they began work, I am so excited and can not wait to see them. The one thing that I have been very disappointed with this year is that they have not done their teddy bears, which where always fabulous a diary is no comparison to replace the bear very disappointed about this. One sad customer .

Excellent Service And Quality Assurance.
I had a problem with the strap from a watch I had bought from another jeweller in the town. They said there was nothing they could do to solve the problem and there was nothing that could do to change the bracelet fastening. I walked in to N G and within 10 minutes the assistant had helped me to choose a new strap and it was fitted perfectly.

I had two wedding rings that belonging to my late nan and late mother in law, that were far too small, with the best help and advice I now have one ring made from the two which is perfect thank you to the Darlington team (102). Best service ever!!

Still In Love At 73 Years Celebrate With A Diamond Ring
I had never heard of Goldsmiths before. My husband wanted to suprise me and asked my youngest daughter to take me to buy a ring. I have past buy many times knowing that I could never afford anything from there. It was a stock when my daughter and I walked in. The reception we got was like in the movies. We were greeted with a glass of wine. The aisstance were so helful. Lal from 237 was so helpful.

Hello,
I received an insurance payout to spend at Goldsmiths. I went to
the Middlesbrough store and was served by Brian. It was a really nice experience. My niece and myself were treated like valuable custormers, were allowed to take our time and were served with courtesy and care.
Thank you very much!The only thing that was a little saddening was that some of the items I had picked online were not in store and we have to come back for them later which is awkward because I am disabled and we don't live in Middlesbrough.
