Fantastic Helpful Advice And Service From Eoin

Eoin made us very welcome and talked us through everything about the vehicle. He was so pleasant and even took us without an appointmen. He talked my daughter through everything about an hybrid car and what each button was for. Would definitely recommend Charles Hurst and more so Eoin for his care and warm welcome He gave us.

The salesperson couldn't have been more helpful! I was shown the cars within my price range, and made aware of all their new features. She was easy to talk to and friendly. I made my decision going largely on her guidance.

Great Service At Newtownabbey Charles Hurst

I purchased a used car from Aisling McCrory at Charles Hurst Newtownabbey. After trying other dealerships and receiving a poor service, Aisling was very helpful and attentive to my requests.

The sale was very smooth and I was fully kept up to date with progress.

I also got a great trade in price for my old car. Everything was completed quickly and without hassle. Very friendly service from Aisling.

Customer Services Terrible And Ridiculous Management

Bought a used car from Charles hurst portadown and after 1 week my engine management light came on so I contacted them and brought it down and they fixed it for a few weeks then same again, back down and fixed again for another few weeks and now on and off constantly, I contact my finance company and told them I thought this car was sold to me faulty as the problem is so frequent that it has to have been there prior to me buying it. The finance company then contacted them and the manager lied to them and told them they were in the process of fixing it and they only knew about the problem a few weeks prior even thou they had it in twice to try and fix it. I suggested it went to there jaguar branch to get fixed permanently to which they agreed and the manager contacted me to tell me it was booked in for the end of June and he would call back to confirm a date, needless to say I never heard from him again and have called him 3 times and was told he is busy and will get back to me asap, absolute joke.

Run Away From Used Car Direct Charles Hurst

I need any of the managers to contact me directly on my phone . As I reported before the PDI of the car is not done properly. It had been just a month I am using the car brought from Charles Hurst 27 Boucher Road. Initially AC was not working got car booked at Charles Newtowards and they said no ac gas so filled but 2 weeks later came to know rare AC is not at all working got booked in for 28th March . Drove 1000 miles Jan to Feb and car shows break pads are below limit ???? Even I told the tyres where totally worn and the sales executive told it was in legal limit . How many of the buyers come to purchase with an instrument to measure the tyre before delivery. Wonder when was car serviced or checked last ?

Why do we buy from a dealership ? Just because we trust car is fully checked and serviced before giving us . I have faced the worst from getting car from Charles Hurst 27 Boucher Road .

I am posting this review on google so no others face this situation.

Just received my new car from Charles Hurst Newtownabbey. Everyone so helpful and attentive. This is my fourth car from Charles Hurst Newtownabbey so that speaks for itself. Highly recommend Charles Hurst.

Where Do I Even Begin??

where do I even begin??? I'd give them 0 stars if I could.....I've never experienced service like it, nor will I ever again! The biggest problem was "miscommunication" or as most of us would call it LIES!

Ordered a new electric Kona told 12weeks worst cast scenario 24weeks due to backlog of deliveries. The date kept moving further and further away, I was constantly having to chase for updates. I was finally told my car was fully built in Sept and would be on the boat 1st Nov, phoned a few days after to be told my car hadn't even be manufactured and wouldn't be until mid Dec.

Complained to both the dealership manager and to Charles Hurst overall customer service director to be fobbed off, told there's nothing they could do and that they don't have courtesy cars, despite a friend who'd been in a courtesy car from them for 3 weeks at the time. Tried to find an alternative with the director with a different brand, she got the hopes up for a resolution, but it turned out she couldn't even relay simple correct information to the other brand manager who wasn't able to assist due to this. She then never returned any calls or messages obviously knowing she'd made a stupid error with it all.

Went to an entirely different dealership my new electric vehicle was handed over within 2.5 weeks after a test drive, they even offered to deliver to my door almost 70miles away from their dealership.

Order cancelled with Charles Hurst Hyundai but it took 2 calls, 2 messages and an email to finally get them to cancel the order.

Reading a lot of the reviews across the various Charles Hurst pages this diabolical standard of customer service seems to be the norm.....it's a NO from me thanks.

Great Place First Class

I bought my car from Charles hurst Newtonabbey.The salesmen handled my enquiry and the purchase very well.I live in England and after some very good videos of the car I bought it without seeing it.I am so glad I did everything about the process even down to arranging to have it shipped over for me was first class.Well done guys a brilliant service.

I would contact Trading Standards in Belfast,tell them the story.I think they are based at Knockbreda Road but you can contact them online or by phone,dont let them wasters at charlie hursts get away with that.
