It is fast, reliable, with quick responses from the support team. I would say it's 100% effective. The only downside to me is the fact they don't allow you to have dedicated IPs per site (only 3 max total).

Overall is the best hosting I have tried and I have tried many during many years.

I have been a customer with WebHostingBuzz for about 4 years.There have been technical problems, of course, but they have been solved immediately, when I addressed them. In particular, I would compliment WebHostingBuzz for its assistance, when my non-profit blog was virus-infected.

And I like the kind emails in our correspondence.

Yes there has been problems, but a solution has always been found and quickly dealt with. The staff have always been helpfull and friendly.

I have been with other hosting providers in the past and i know the frustration of having bad hosting and poor service.

WHB do go the extra mile to provide quality services they are a good team who i'm happy with and will be hosting my sites with for years to come.

've been in the Hosting Space for quite some time and find the right Hosting Provider was key. I've gone through some rather shocking service through other hosting companies where the calibre of their service or competence was really lacking...at points really just struggled with the command of the english language, hence made support correspondence rather difficult. WebHostingBuzz I believe for me have been rather consistent in the quality of service they provide. I can honestly admit that I am rather happy with them and my dealings with them them have been very swift and helpful. As a customer I feel I have made a positive investment knowing that value of choice I have placed in WHB. To the team, keep up the good work @ WebHostingBuzz! Thank you for all your efforts!

I refuse to use another web hosting company. I have been with Webhostingbuzz since 2008, and if they keep giving me the service they have been, I won't leave them. It's easy to get started, it's easy to buy a domain server name from them, and it's beyond belief how fast they are to help me resolve any issues that occasionally crop up, which are usually caused by something I have done that I shouldn't have. Meaning that I should have either asked or researched it more before than I did. They are also loyal to their customers.

WebHostingBuzz is not the cheapest hoster over there, however I'm surprised with what you get for a VERY reasonable price.

In fact, I'd expect to pay even more for what they offer - top-notch equipment, fantastic support, great info coverage (they've got Getting Started guides, Wiki, forum).

In general, it's a whole pleasant experience, good job!

I've been a WebHostingBuzz customer for over 2 years now, utilising their mid-tier web hosting package. In recent months, due to the increased demand in traffic and resources, I needed a more robust hosting solution.

I contacted customer support and they advised I upgraded to one of their dedicated servers, I haven't looked back since! - After spending a while comparing other companies, I found the servers, although not the cheapest, had the better spec hardware/performance.

So since February this year, I've been an even happier customer!

Would highly recommend (Support ticket response times tend to be pretty responsive, under 5 mins mainly, but don't use it that often)

I've been with them for over four years and although their web hosting plans have great value, they have had spotty support over the years. When requesting features, some of the customer support didn't know a lot of terminology (SQL, PHP, etc.) and it would always take a few e-mails before they had to "upgrade the ticket to level 2"; for simple questions, it shouldn't take 6 back and forth e-mails. Their support has always been my issue with them, sometimes it's fast, sometimes it's slow - overall inconsistent, and the people answering me always seem to have little to no experience.

At one point, they suspended my account for 3-4 months because of bandwidth issues. Fair enough, I tried multiple times to log-in to fix it, but I could not even log-in. I kept inquiring as to why I couldn't log-in/why they kept asking me to fix it when I could not even log-in! It was always a different rep replying with the same response; like they couldn't see previous e-mails or something, because I kept telling them I can't fix anything if I can't log-in. I asked if they would pro-rate my plan which sounded like a reasonable request, but no. Poor service, money-hungry company that does not care about customers or their loyalty.

Few month before i bought a web hosting. But that was high price and that one not good tools for editing.I was not satisfied with that. Now this web hosting is good and low price. One of my friend using this hosting. He recommend me to buy this hosting. I already bought this hosting. This easy to editing. Now i am satisfied with this hosting. I would like to recommend to my friend and family to buy this hosting.

I just started using this web hosting company a couple of months ago and it has been the best service I have ever experienced! I don't know why I didn't try them right away when my friend recommended them, it would have saved me so much trouble a long time ago but I am glad that I am enjoying their service now!!!
