We picked up our car with no fuss. Super reliable small car, drove from Heraklion to falasarna with a few detours and put 60euro in the tank leaving the car back with plenty more than we picked up with. We decided to put an extra stop in on the way home and asked anna cars if it was ok to drop the car back a little later than originally agreed apon(3hrs) and they agreed that this was no problem at all and at no extra cost which we were super happy with and also surprised considering there is no other car rental company i have ever experienced this with. This company are honest, kind and no sham based. Highly recommended. If u want an easy ride easy calm start to your holidays then book with these guys. They helped make our trip a truly enjoyable one. Thank u Anna Cars.

We have used Anna's cars twice. Last time in April 23. They delivered the car to Heraklion seaport and we left it back at Chania airport. We found Anna's cars to be very professional and friendly. A representative who delivered the car to Heraklion port was a really friendly and professional fellow. He patiently showed us how the car operated and the car was in great condition.

3rd time of renting with Anna Cars Chania. Kostas is very good with communication and each time the car requested has been delivered and arrived clean and with enough fuel. Cars have been close to new and the "all in" insurance is a great comfort. Well done and I look forward to doing business with you again in our next Crete trip.

ANNA CARS was the best experience for me and my family so far from a car rental. Our flight was delayed for 12 hours and Kostas arranged a 03:30 a.m. delivery in Heraklion Airport with no additional charge. Mikalis was waiting for us with a brand new VW Polo, very polity, very friendly. Rental agreement within 5m, no surprises, no small prints in contract. Paid with credit card, no fees, no deposit, no quarantee. I recommend ANNA CARS with no fear, they were amazing.

We had a VW Up for a week in June this year and although it was new with only 12k on the clock - on the way back to the airport to catch our flight home the clutch went on it. As we only have one flight a week back to our city we were worried. When we rang Anna Cars - they said they were surprised it had broken down and interrogated my husband regarding any warning lights on the dash and implied it was his fault. They then said they could not get to us in time and that we would need to organise a taxi ourselves to get us back to the airport. Luckily there was a taxi company very close by - but as they had to rearrange other customers, it was a tense ride back to the airport at a cost of 80 euros - Anna Cars refunded us 40 euros saying that we had the car for a week. However we hired a car to give us the freedom to not rely on taxis, in addition although we do not think it is Anna Cars fault that the car broke down they should consider whether a car designed for city driving is suitable for the terrain in Crete! We certainly did not expect to have to organise our own transport to get us to the airport and to pick up the cost ourselves. Be warned they are not the best car hire company to use. My son used Best Cars who are much better.

This firm charged us 25Euro for an out of date Sat Nav which they then programmed with the wrong hotel and sent us to the other side of the island. It took us 4 1/2 hours to reach our hotel at night on unfamiliar roads. When we complained they said there was nothing the could do!

Great experience, booked on line. Prompt email communication. Had a band C, Hyundai i20 5 door for 9days. Brand new 2017 with just 8K on the clock.

240 euros, cash preferred which I did, but you can use a card. Cash easier & no card details to worry about. All insurances covered, fully comp & 3rd parts, accidents, tyres, everything & NO add on gimmicks. 2nd driver at no extra cost, NO deposit required either, where deductions are so often made without consent after you return the car!

We were met at arrivals & our bags taken by a very friendly Anna Cars rep. Their car pick up & drop off is just 50 meters away. Just needed drivers license & passport. Shown all the info on the car & directions to our destination, map provided, drop off explained & we were off on our holls:)

Courtesy and consideration proved to be the distinguishing characteristic of this firm - Anna Cars. Once our rental needs had been ascertained, they were met with prompt treatment to our entire satisfaction. The hiring process on line was simple, quick and trouble free, especially important for a pensioner with limited IT skills. We were not troubled by any requests to top up the perfectly adequate insurance cover provided (but see below) and the total amount payable was clear from the outset: it was not even necessary to pay a deposit to secure the car. Once my desire to avoid night driving in an unknown car on strange roads in or near Heraklion had been expressed, it was met by an offer in impeccable English to deliver the car to our overnight hotel in the city free of any extra charge. The car, the model chosen on booking, almost new and in excellent condition was duly delivered the following day, to be returned to the airport on our departure to a desk within easy walking reach of the departure building. The paper work was completed in a most friendly manner by the employee delivering the vehicle, and all necessary information was provided including the fact that the insurance did not cover the underneath of the vehicle - not a problem as we take out insurance annually at minimum cost to cover the excesses usually offered by car hire companies.The state of some roads in Crete argue in favour of this practice.On return, the car was simply left at the Anna car park and the key left in a box.A hassle-free and enjoyable experience. I will rent from Anna again on Crete, by far the best of the three companies used to date.
