3 Purchases In 9 Years All Excellent
Yesterday I took delivery of my third purchase from New Car Discount covering a nine year period. My first started in 2016 which was a Toyota Rav 4, second a 2021 new shape Hyundai Tuscon mild hybrid and now a Renault Arkana mild hybrid delivered 4th Feb 2025. On each occasion I have dealt with the same person.
On every car I have made substantial savings over dealer prices, the quality of service has been exemplary, very helpful, speedy timings on providing prices and good up to date information on dates and delivery once ordered ( if only main dealers were as competent ).
Many thanks for all his help and come the next car purchase New Car Discount will be my first call. Very well done guys.

I Cant Recommend Ncd Highly Enough!
As with others I started the process of purchasing a new car through NCD with some trepidation, as the new car discount was extremely generous. Was it too good to be true? Certainly not. From choosing a car to delivery, I dealt with one person and I have to complement him for speed in replying to my questions and putting my mind at rest. Taking a leap of faith to pay the day before delivery I need not have worried. The car was delivered as agreed and I cant recommend NCD highly enough. It was my pleasure to deal with NCD.
My New Car Came With Three Scratches!
The anticipation of my brand new Nissan Juke being delivered was totally spoilt when it turned up with a scratch on each wing mirrors and a scratch on the driver's door. The company can bluster all they want about these cars showing up the scratches in the sunlight but the fact is that this car has been devalued by the scratches during its 410 mile journey to me and I'm the loser.The company considered my request for token compensation, rejected it and offered to send me some polish!
This wasn't the level of service or professionalism that I would have expected after an otherwise satisfactory transaction.

Order placed 4 months ago with some trepidation and last week disappointed to learn this had gone back another month. However, he sourced an exact vehicle from another dealer within a couple of hours and within two weeks we have taken delivery and could not be happier with the car. His professionalism in answering all our queries and questions promptly helped allay our previous concerns. This morning we received an email from him to advise an eta for the new car and the driver who delivered, called us to give a more accurate delivery time. He also explained the vehicle "cockpit" when he arrived and paired our phones before he left with our old vehicle. Would have no hesitation in recommending New Car Discount to anyone wishing to purchase a new vehicle.

I first started discussing a new car (Hyundai Tucson) with New Car Discount in mid-December 2023 with a view to delivery in April 2024. At first, I thought the level of discount being offered was too good to be true which made me a little suspicious. However, I did a lot of background research on the business including Companies House searches to look at the accounts and the directors and also the Financial Conduct Authority register. I also looked at the (very few) negative reviews on Trustpilot and was satisfied that none of them appeared to indicate that the business was not genuine and almost all were just minor admin issues. After all, it requires a lot of trust to be sending in excess of £35k to an online business without having seen concrete proof of the existence of the vehicle that is being purchased. However, at my request, I was sent a photo of the vehicle showing the registration number a few days before I had to transmit the funds. He was excellent in assisting with the whole process from the initial order through to post delivery. He dealt with all communication very promptly and gave clear and concise answers to any querise that I raised. Delivery was on time on the agreed day and he was helpful with the handover. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and I would certainly use New Car Discount again in the future.

I am very impressed by this company. They made it so easy to buy a new car online. The price of the car was very competitive and there were prompt replies to my e-mails. The car was delivered in good condition on the day of my choice and my old car (part-exchanged) taken away. I am very pleased with my new car and the process of acquiring it lacked fuss and was trouble free.

Yes you are the first name on the v5. My car got delivered to my address and about three days later the v5 came through the post. I was the first registered owner on the v5.
Is this new company safe to buy a new car from?
yes, i like to do my homework so i checked out a lot of online brokers. These seemed the best and they turned out to be that. Didnt have a single problem using them, couldnt recomend enough.
Has anyone had trouble receiving their V5 form to ensure the car is sign over to them ?
Hi Becky,we don't recognise your log in but please contact us as we assume all of our customers will receive their V5s shortly after first registration.
