I had bought an mislabelled item from a big shed hardware company (better not name them) that could not be taken back. Pages DIY was able to fix the problem very quickly. I ordered what I needed at 4pm. It arrived at 9am the following day.

Phoned for replacement parts for my ancient sliding doors.Not in stock,however Pages DIY.did say that they had some on order and would contact me as soon as they were available.True to their word they did.I ordered the parts,mid-day on the 9th of July,delivered ,mid-day 10th.July.
This was not a large order,nor am I an established company,just a plea for help,from an unknown potential customer.What a change in todays climate to find a company that will go out of their way,do as promised and the delivery was next day as promised.I rate this company very highly for their customer service,long may this company prosper. ,Stan Smith
