We reserved a van from Image for the weekend of December 10th to 12th 2010 and got the black conversion van to Teterboro airport in New Jersey and arranged a NYC 5th Ave pickup on monday afternoon..

I'm in an 11 piece jazz/funk band, and the last 2 times we've had out of town gigs, we've rented from Image Rent a Car. Previously we used to just take separate cars to each of our gigs plus our equipment van, but now it's a lot easier and more cost effective to just rent the one large van when we play. We've dealt with Emma from Image the both times and she's been absolutely amazing, always professional and with our best interest in mind. And the van we had, the Ford E350, was excellent - in great condition and drove like a dream! Image has looked after us on both occasions and we're definitely going to be coming back to them each time we play. Now we're wondering why we didn't think of this earlier?!

Myself and 14 other friends are currently holidaying down from here in the U.S.A from Australia in celebration of finishing University. One of our biggest challenges was finding large enough transportation to support our group for our East Coast road trip, but orgainising it all through Image Rent A Car was an absolute breeze!

The lady we spoke with to organise rental was the epitome of exceptional customer service! She even organised DELIVERY of the van itself to JFK airport for us! Condition of the vehicle was immaculate, and although it took a bit of time to adjust to driving on the other side of the road, it suited our needs perfectly, and worked out a considerable amount cheaper than what it would have cost for our big group to rent numerous cars for our road trip. All in all, it was one of the most convenient and cost effective choices we'd made on our entire U.S trip, and would very highly recommend Image Rent A Car across the board for service, cost and quality!

When we decided to have a holiday in the USA there was no doubt about it, we HAD to rent a car and drive as far as we could and see as much as possible in the time we had . We looked for a reliable company in New York and to meet us in the terminal So like a VIP SERVICE. We called AVIS, Hertz, Enterprise, Alamo Dollar and more and none of them was willing to wait for us in the terminal and bring the car to the terminal. While I was traveling to New York City and just landed with JetBlue airline in JFK Airport I just remember that I did not book any car for my ride. So I browse in my iPhone for a car rental in jfk airport and got IMAGE Rent A Car 718-995-3723 which I called immediately. Reserved a Chrysler 300 for $54.99 per day and by the time I collected my suite cases their driver was waiting for me outside the terminal. Over this past weekend I flew into JFK, the rental office I had my reservation with did not have a vehicle for me. I started my frantic search for a car and was told to call Image Rent-A-Car from someone working at the airport, I did and and found they had a car available for me. Their office is not at the airport, it's at the Holiday Inn not far from the airport. The guy working at the counter Dexter, offered to come pick me up so I would not have to wait any longer than I already had. He was a nice guy, got me into a car and on the road in very good time. They even had a navigation unit for me to rent since I had no idea how to get where I was going. All in all I would say it was a very good experience. Compared to the other rental company I was supposed to get a car from their prices were actually really good. I don't travel to New York very often but when I do go back I know I will be getting my car from them.
