Tommee Tippee Ultimate moevement and sound sensor monitor

we purchased this afer wanting the peace of mind of the breathing sensor, this piece of kit is the best thing we have purchased.

the parent unit is light weight, 5 channels to swap to, both can be battery or mains, Some people complain about the sensor mats going off when baby moves off it but of course it would if it is doing the job you bought it to do and that is detect if your child is moving indicating he/she is breathing. he trick when your baby is older than 5 months is to place it in the centre of the matress and unless he/she scooches down to the very bottom or top of the cot then the sensor is so sensitive it will detect him/her, ours is so sensitive if you walk past the cot the movement of the floor sets it "ticking"

I would definately recommend it to any parent who wants the added reassurance.

Tommee Tippee Reassurance is the best purchase we made. The green flashing light on the base unit is so reassuring. If you do leave the room the monitors also have the flashing light so even when you cant hear your baby moving/breathing you know that they are fine as the sensor is picking up movement.

When we have put our baby down without this monitor we are constantly checking her and unable to relax.

This is a must have especially for over anxious parents like us we would not be without it. I don't think I would be able to sleep.

Overall, the Tommee Tippee Reassurance 8 has been a poor piece of equipment. The first one we bought didn't work at all. The replacement is in the box after 1 week.

The Tommee Tippee Reassurance 8 baby monitor is great for peace of mind. There is no need to keep checking and disturbing your baby. He's six months old now, and I still feel it's one of the best items we've purchased, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone!
