1/. exoensive phone calls

2/. expensive poatage

3/. embarrassing fecal products!

and then the pathetic addiction!

Channel has disappeared. Do you know why?

Since 2002 have bought very nice items from this channel, have spent thousands over the years, household, garden, clothing rings etc, perfumes, . As I find it due to health reasons , difficult to go out shopping, they have been wonderful over the years, very polite and helpful on the phone also, plus the sales men and women are so entertaining at times, 100% or more,. Also the products, which I have purchased have been just as described. Without this TV show,it will be a sad world.

Having read reviews on many decent sites about them – the average score is

ONE and a HALF stars – I would not touch them with several barge poles tied together. They are being constantly monitored by the Advertising Standards Authority for given exaggerated claims about their merchandise. Apparently they also do not refund money for undelivered and returned items. A nice bunch altogether!

The whole kit and caboodle of them really annoy me! I have never bought anything from them as their P&P is horrendous. charging the same for small items as medium sized ones and then having the nerve to charge EXTRA for larger items. I occasionally watch them as I am fascinated by their lying blurb and mainly raucous presenters. As for PETER SIMONS on BidUp, he is an illiterate idiot, repeating ad infinitum, not, only, not only……… and using inappropriate words and terms all the time.

It is so obvious that they make most of their profits from the P&P, anyway.

Last work Channel 37 ( Freeview) PriceDrop TV completely disappeared and yesterday (17.04.14) BidUp TV has only a screen with exteremely raucous music playiny saying that they have ‘technical difficulties’.

Both their websites are 'under maintenance' at the same date.

Think these difficulties are a euphemism for – GONE BUST!

Ordered size 6 shoes months back they sent size 7, I returned them requesting size 6 they returned the same item I sent back, this time I did not take it back to the post office, but refused to accept them rang there customer services they said they would be credited they never were I also emailed them that was ignored, they can keep the £10.00 I shall not use this service again. Also watch out for the low value items usually rubbish and not worth cost of phone call or packaging some dud items bought cooks non stick pans anything but used once threw out, microwave boiled egg tried dozens of eggs like other people I know you wont get a soft egg from this, car polish I once bought then saw exactly the same in a pound shop and it took me a week to get the stuff off my car I could go on and on and...

I been a good customer with bid up spent pounds I rang to say I was waiting for 3parcels and got no were with the man on the phone still don't if I will get my parcels its days since I offered them. I will not get anything esle now as it costs to ring up all the time about things that go missing come on bid get a grip

service shocking beyond bad cant and wont be shopping here again .15 mins on phone to be told they dont know where my item is but will take 5 working days to find it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

No helpful when you call customer services. Leave you waiting days for call back. Repeating the same answers when you ask them a different question. They make you out a liar claiming you have not bid for a item.

I would never buy anything ceramic or glass every thing I have bought has arrived broken, the packaging is nil just put in a box no packaging around it for protection, the electrical things I bought have not worked or break within a few days, how are the presenters allowed to get away with all the lies they say,it's all tat and shouldn't get away with it,the postage is extorcinate.

This shopping channel should be investigated and took of air it's the biggest load of rubbish I av ever seen the presenters tell lies about the goods there selling to make money out of peoples hard earned money they should all hang thereheadsin shame disgusting
