Do not use- no delivery of goods and will not refund me over 100 euros

Did not deliver in December after I spent over 100 euros. They spent next 3 months telling me my refund was on the way but today confirmed I will receive no money back because the address originally provided was not complete.

That is not true and even if it was, why would you take my money for a delivery you can’t make? Awful. Please avoid.

I would not even give one star.. placed my order that was 70.00 to check it two weeks later to see that the order has failed. I contacted the company to find out which which was extremely difficult as they do not have a email for customer service or number. I managed to send a message through the website 2 weeks later to receive a reply to say the courier could not locate the address. As my number is UK and delivery to France they did not call. They have refused to refund my money, they are not replying to any emails and I'm expected to just walk away 70.00 out of pocket and no answer to why no one contacted me. This company delivers internationally so should well equipped for phonecalls but I did not receive one nor was I given the opportunity to check if there was an issue with the address. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone the customer is shocking and I generally feel they are taking money and not delivering okay regular occurrence.

No Delivery, Worst Communication Bad Service

I ordered flowers for my 94 year old mother for Mother’s Day.

I asked them to be delivered a day before to avoid the rush of the following day. The Flowers never arrived !

I try by all means to communicate with Flora Queen and I couldn’t get an answer as of what happened .

I even told them I would accept if they would deliver it today a day after .

Never received an answer back.

I am calling my credit card to dispute the charge of $143.00 and after doing business with Flora Queen for several years this will be the last time I do.

The worst customer service ever!!

Horrible, Please Avoid

I had an awful experience with this company. I tried to send some flowers and other details to a friend who had just given birth and everything turned upside down, without them accepting any kind of responsibilities. I ordered the flowers on a Monday and they assured me that they would be delivered on Wednesday. Throughout Wednesday I did not receive any type of notification until 10 p.m. where the company that delivered it sent me an email saying that they would be delivered on Thursday. I contacted Flora Queen because that was not agreed and most likely the flowers would not arrive on time. I was promised that the delivery company would contact my friend before making the delivery. In fact, my friend was discharged that day and the flowers were delivered to the hospital. I was furious, not only my surprise was ruined but they were useless! I had to contact to my friend and she had to send a relative of hers back to the hospital (an hour away from her family house) to collect the flowers. The Customer Service was lousy, they absolutely didn't care and they offered me an awful 10€ discount for next time, which of course I didn't accept. Shameful service, think twice before contacting this company. Zero seriousness and professionalism and zero quality or price. Simply appalling.

Never Arrive On Time

Today is the 4th time I have placed an order with FloraQueen, this is the 4th time the flowers have not arrive on the day. If you want flowers to be delivered for a specific event, order them to be delivery the day before.

The quality of the flowers is always very good, the previous bouquet were not what I chose for the recipient.

They don't update the exchange rates so the price they quite is not the price you pay!

It's not cheap sending flowers abroad, they use local florist so FloraQueen are making good money on the order.

This is the last time I will use them. Very disappointed.

Mothers Day Disappointment

Mother's day on the Thursday before, received notice that the delivery couldn't be made on Saturday and would be delivered Monday.

Monday and Tuesday came and went and no delivery, wrote 2 emails over this time with minimal response, got an email Wednesday morning that they would be delivered on that day and received a voucher I don't really want, its now Thursday and still no flowers, I've been happy with FloraQueen up until now but this stuff up is monumental, Mother's day was a let down, kids were let down, and I can not write exactly how I feel about this.

It's a week now since I ordered and paid for the flowers, another email has been sent asking for a full refund,

Awful Service

Never use this company. Not only they did not deliver on the day that was promised (1st of May, 2022, Mother's Day in Spain), the quality of the flowers was subpar and they did not respond to any of my support emails until the flowers were delivered 3 DAYS later to say they had been delivered.

I requested compensation for the awful service provided, to which they have decided to completely ignore and not reply at all.

They are not professionals, they don't even care their service is awful. If you use this company, you are funding people with no respect, beware!

Flowers Never Arrived

After ordering a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day, I was disappointed to find that the flowers had never arrived. After emailing Floral Queen to request a refund I have had no response. Truly disappointing service!

I Have Ordered Flowers To Be Delivered In Tunis, A

I have ordered flowers to be delivered in Tunis, according to the website it is showing delivered this morning, NOTHING was delivered. I paid 117 euro for this bouques. I have sent more than 6 messages to FloraQueen and received nothing.  Shame on you!!

How can I send an order to Spain?, the prices are quoted in dollars and I can only pay in sterling pounds with an United Kingdom card.

I keep receiving emails from Flora Queen but can not place an order.

Flora Queen delivered wrong bouquet which was old and dry. Customer service is not responding to emails, customer service agent promised to solve issue but since then for 48 hours no one get back to us. How to get in touch with management of Flora Queen, who will respond for not providing service which they advertise and get paid for? Is dry old bouquet with totally different from order flower a true standard of Flora Queen?
